“I sold my home with opendoor. I was going to go with a realtor as my wife is one, but did not want to deal with the traffic and back and forth dealings. one simple e mail to open door and i had an offer in minutes. did a video tour of my home , they sent someone out to look at the exterior and i was not home. They upped the offer even more and they never spepped foot in my home. i did an upload of my cleared home when i moved out and that was it., all matters were via text and email and no back and forth phone calls, but if you do have a question you can call them. I never called them once. My wife is in awe for how simple and how much our offer was. I think this is the new and best way to sell a home and I dont think I could haved done better pricewise going the traditional realtor way. I have no problem or reserve giving this honest review cause it made my life so simple and easy. I am a very happy customer and i find myself talking to my wife how great it was. She agrees. Thanks Opendoor your service is first class . one more comment, the minuite you sign the contract you dont have to wonder if its gonna go thru or not , its a done deal unless you the seller change your mind. I had my funds in my account the same day... I'm smiling as I write this cause this is the best decision I made to sell my home.”

“At first i was skeptical about all this. It looked to easy. But i have to say it was a super easy process . Got payed 2 hours after i signed on closing day. Everything done online, the title company was very attentive and efficient. I would highly recommend Opendoor.”

“Fast, easy to work with, our price was above similar comps. Not having to deal with showing the house was a HUGE blessing, since we have pets and didn’t have to worry about boarding them. Communication was solid and there were zero surprises or add on fees.”

“We had an excellent experience selling to Opendoor. Our Experience Partner, Taylor Axelson, was great to work with and very responsive when we had questions. We appreciated how easy the Opendoor dashboard made it to keep track of where we were in the process, submit paperwork, sign contracts, and complete digital checkout. Not having to go through showings and staging, and having the flexibility to select and change the closing date was wonderful. We used the late checkout option, which helped our move-out not feel so rushed. We would absolutely recommend Opendoor to others!”

“A wonderful experience with Opendoor. I admit I was skeptical about the whole process, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was so efficient. I received a fair offer for my property and I was able to close within two weeks of first contact. It was hassle-free and my Opendoor contact Brooke was a pleasure to work with. I wish I could give Opendoor MORE than 5 stars!”

“Selling my townhome to Open Door was a great experience. They gave me a good price and was fast to close. They kept me informed of all information I needed. I would recommend Open Door to anyone who is or want to sell their property. I’m happy I chose Open Door. Other companies tried to low ball me but Open Door gave me a fair and great price.”

“After becoming frustrated with the general public and needing to sell the house quickly due to family health reasons, I received a letter in the mail from Open door and decided to contact them. Wow, what a great company to deal with. Christopher my personal contact made selling the house so easy and helped me each step of the way. We even closed within a week after leaving the home and the best part was open door paid us $23,000 more than the general public wanted to and no appraisal or inspection to deal with. I highly recommend contacting open door if you want to sell your home. Totally honest and fair, thank you Chris for your help.”

“Wow! What a great experience I had with opendoor that I want to share with everyone. I requested an offer, which was a great offer, and then did a zoom tour and that was it! I accepted their offer and decided to close in 30 days but they are so accommodating, I could have closed up to 90 days. Seriously, at times I forgot I was selling my house -NO showings with strange people walking through my house - No dealing with real estate agents -No inconveniences at all. I really couldn’t believe how easy it was - completely seamless! I would refer anyone who wants to sell their house to request an offer from Opendoor - you have nothing to lose and everything to gain! Thank you to Jennifer my experience partner!”
