“Opendoor is the type of home purchasing of the future. Many are uncomfortable with this new system because it's so easy that people have reservations. I've bought homes before the conventional way. But this has been a good experience. Everything done online, quick. I can go see a home and don't have to worry about appointments. The homes are open remotely. I recommend Opendoor.”

“I was able to set things up at my own pace. Open door made things very easy by setting everything up for me. I didn’t have to worry about closing, inspections, open houses, low bids. All fees were explained to me up front so there were no surprises at closing.”

“I will recommend Door Open to all my friends, family and anyone that will listen. As part of a military family, I have purchased nine homes in my lifetime. This was by far the most stress-free and efficient process. I appreciate that my Open Door associate told me upfront what to expect and there were no surprises along the way. Like most closings, I expected something to go wrong, but I was pleasantly surprised. Contrary to what I had been told, Open Door Final Offer was very competitive with the estimates I received from two local realtors. My favorite part of the process was that the Closing Date was very flexible which gave me time to find my new home. As promised, my funds were deposited into my account the next day. Thank you.”

“My Open Door Experience was GREATlll Anthony King did a great job explaining how Open Door Works. My daughter and son-in-law moved in until their Home was finished being built. Which caused us to extend from the original date we initially gave Open Door. Anthony King informed us that it would not be a problem, and he was correct. When I compared how Open Door did things and the way Realtors did things, had us hooked. The Realtor normally gets a 6% flat fee off the top. Open Door only charges 5%. In my Wife and I's case, we knew that every little bit helps after the sale of a Home. So We gladly accepted the 1% savings. Not only would we use Open Door again, we would also share our Experience with Family and Friends. The Allens”

“Opendoor was a great option for us during a relocation. The process was extremely easy. The offer was fair and clear, we didn’t have to show/prep the house, and they work incredibly well with your timelines - we were able to pick a closing date that aligned with closing on our new house. From a Customer Service standpoint, they were phenomenal. Mila was our contact every step of the way - she was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Their title company (OSN) was also phenomenal - Beatriz was also friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. All in all a great experience. Opendoor was recommended to us, and we would do the same for others looking to have more flexibility and control in their home sale.”

“Opendoor has made the process of selling our home easy and stress-free! The closing date was flexible and we did not have to worry about the offer price changing in our purchase agreement no matter what the housing market condition was. We did not have to show our home and had plenty of time to move out. Our experience agents were very knowledgeable and helpful as well. This is the way home selling should be.”

“From the moment I met Chris Maynes on the video home tour, I knew he cared about my needs and would bend over backwards to get the sale of our home finalized as quickly and smoothly as possible. He took the time to understand our needs and emotional ties to our home of twenty-three years.
