“Yes. Opendoor offers a fair cash offer and quick closing. It helps you to have a free mind not dealing with showing and especially virus in the pandemic. Their customer service is the best. Opendoor is very reliable. The Agent is very helpful. I worked with Jacon Fenton, and he is a very good Sale Manager. He answered my questions quickly. I strongly recommend Opendoor.”

“We were building a house out of state with an estimated completion date, which changed a few times. We need to sell the home we lived in to put money down on our new home but didn't want to end up without a place to live before we could move into our new home. Opendoor was extremely flexible and accommodating with our being able to change the closing date for the home we lived in - and it was very easy to change the closing date. Opendoor also allows you to stay in the home after closing - three days for free (and more at a daily rate). That was great as we closed one day then loaded the Uhaul the next day and then cleaned and took photos the second day and left the home. We will admit that we met with a couple of realtors to see what amount they would list our home and the offer we got from Opendoor was very competitive. We had been a bit concerned about when we would receive the money for our home and if it would be how much they said as we did need the funds for our new home. Since we did our closing (very easy to do online) in the morning we actually had our money in the bank by the end of the day - amazing - and it was what we expected. We were able to pack prior to our move and have boxes in rooms and did not have to concern ourselves with people coming in with realtors to look at the house. Opendoor answered any questions we had both in the beginning and throughout. We could not have asked for a better transition - selling our home through Opendoor was fantastic and I would do it again.”

“In comparison to my previous experience w/ real estate agents, I found the Opendoor process to be far less noisy and annoying all around. There were a couple of uncomfortable times, eg. when I did not know if things were progressing as scheduled, or why the initial escrow deposit was so small, yet these did not affect any of the outcomes. This non-communication can be nerve-racking when w/ a new company (such as Opendoor), so I recommend these loose ends to be tied up. Otherwise, excellent offer for our house at a great time for us to move. We feel fortunate to have Opendoor step up to the plate for us!”

“I’ve been watching my offers for a year now and decided to give Opendoor a call. I was given an appointment for a zoom call a couple of days later. This video call was about 30 minutes and 2 days later I received my highest offer which I accepted. From there I was told when we would close and I worked with their approved Title Co. everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Opendoor.”

“Open Door made the selling process easy and efficient. The offer was very competitive without the inconvenience of dealing with Realtors and showings. They responded to my needs immediately and adjusted the closing date without question. Also, the late checkout option worked precisely for our family and the movers schedule. “Our neighbor used open door to sell and I had asked them what they thought about the experience. After a raving review I thought I would check it out for myself. I went online and asked for an offer on our house. They came back with a preliminary offer in 10 min. It was actually very competitive. They asked a few more questions beyond the handful from the original offer about upgrades to the house. I listed the few major upgrades and our offer went up 20 thousand dollars. In the end of that part of the process the offer was more than my traditional realtor was was going to list the house for. The next step was the phone walk through. Our experience team member was really nice and I walked her through the house by her direction and in 2 days I had a contract in hand to sign if I wanted to except. We had no inspection or showings. I picked my closing date out 60 days because our new house was not ready and closing was a breeze. They sent the title company to us and we funded the next day. I cant tell you how nice and easy this experience of selling a home was. I only talked to 2 people through this whole process. Simply AMAZING.”
