“This was the easiest real estate experience we have ever had! Open door was very straightforward, very respectful of our time, and very respectful of the value of our property. Everyone was very upfront throughout the whole process. There was no hidden fees, no hidden language, very direct and very open book company. We knew what to expect at every step of the process. We were explained what can make the price of our house go up or down, what could delay closing, what to expect throughout the entire process. We are very thankful to open door for making this entire transaction a pleasant success.”

“Had a great stress free experience from start to finish with Opendoor. No people walked through my home & no haggling over selling price. Signed our contract on 7/4/21 & closed on 8/10/21. Caitlin & staff were so friendly, very helpful & very quick to respond to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Opendoor to anyone interested in selling their home.”

“The process of selling my home to Opendoor was so easy. They took care of everything for me. All I had to do was upload photos. I had some issues with my title, but they handled everything for me. My consultant was simply amazing. He was there to provide support every step of the way.”

“I was very happy with Opendoor because, my husband just passed so I want a quick sale. I didn’t want to deal with people coming in and out of the house, I wanted to sell as is. Everything was done by phone and email I didn’t have to see anyone until closing. I set my own closing date. I Contact Opendoor on June 19th, I got a very good offer and I closed on August 6th. Closing was quick and hassle free and the funds was in my account in hours. I was very pleased with the whole process.”

“Hoping to skip open houses and showings, attempting to keep my house clean with a toddler and puppy, I decided to try Opendoor and I’m so glad I did. They gave me a very decent offer. Could I have gotten more money if I listed traditionally? Maybe. But Opendoor’s offer was more than fair and worth skipping all the hideousness that comes with traditional selling. 100% worth it.”
