“I was very happy with Opendoor because, my husband just passed so I want a quick sale. I didn’t want to deal with people coming in and out of the house, I wanted to sell as is. Everything was done by phone and email I didn’t have to see anyone until closing. I set my own closing date. I Contact Opendoor on June 19th, I got a very good offer and I closed on August 6th. Closing was quick and hassle free and the funds was in my account in hours. I was very pleased with the whole process.”

“Hoping to skip open houses and showings, attempting to keep my house clean with a toddler and puppy, I decided to try Opendoor and I’m so glad I did. They gave me a very decent offer. Could I have gotten more money if I listed traditionally? Maybe. But Opendoor’s offer was more than fair and worth skipping all the hideousness that comes with traditional selling. 100% worth it.”

“Selling my house to Opendoor was pretty easy, the process was not intrusive and went very smoothly. I received a very fair offer, even after fees and repairs were deducted. There were no surprise fees or last minute changes. The video walkthrough inspection was quick and convenient. My Experience Partner, Anthony, was very responsive - even on weekend - and patiently explained things to me, sometimes several times. I absolutely would consider selling to Opendoor again.”

“Alex Haas was great! By far the very best experience selling a house! From beginning (initial offer) to close was super easy, Open Door gave me market value, plus 7 free days to stay after closing. Funds were transferred in my bank on the day of closing! Highly recommended!”

“I actually started looking at Opendoor over a year ago but was hesitant about selling the house at that time. My son was moving from Texas to Arizona and I told him about Opendoor and he was amazed how quickly things moved (which is what he needed). I finally decided to sell my house this year and so happy that I used Opendoor. From start to finish was so easy and Terrence Wright was an amazing person to work with. He explained things in my terms which I totally appreciated! I cannot say enough good things about Terrence Wright and Opendoor. I would use them over and over again! I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their home. If I could give 100 stars I would!!!”

“So far the process has gone smoothly on the sell of our home. But I do see that after the sell they neglected the property. I don't mean to nitpick, but I want the next family to move into our home and have happy memories, not into a neglected property. Any comments?”
