“We recently sold our home to Open Door. Although we were a little nervous about selling to an online company like Open Door, the experience turned out great. The entire process went well. A smooth and efficient sale with no issues whatsoever. We recommend Open Door highly.”

“We had a great experience. Andrew was our Opendoor Experience Partner and he was great. We actually backed out initially with the way the market was going and then things opened up for us to build and it was easy to pick up where things left off! Andrew answered many of our questions along the way and was always available. We picked our close date, we took advantage of the late checkout to coordinate our move, and everything worked out perfectly. Closing was a breeze. Thank you Opendoor for a seamless process!”

“The process was smooth and easy. No hidden fees or charges and things were exactly as explained. Everything was submitted online, except for being in person for the closing, which made it convenient. Questions were addressed promptly.”

“We sold our house to Opendoor. Excellent service throughput the whole process. They were there to answer any question. Escrow company they work with was excellent. Very smooth process. I cannot emphasize enough that the escrow company Opendoor was working with was just excellent. Our experience was excellent.”

“The Opendoor experience was the best way to go for our home selling journey. We have kids and an old dog and this process was super easy. I would absolutely go this route and use Opendoor again if we ever need to sell a home again in the future! Highly recommend!”

“I have nothing but great things to say about Opendoor, they made the selling experience so incredibly easy!! They gave us an extremely competitive offer (better than competitors) and showed that they cared about what should be fixed/repaired in our home for potential buyers. They allowed us to stay in our current home the entire time our new home was being built, and were quick to address concerns and questions along the way. I couldn’t believe how stress-free selling our house was. Opendoor is the just the best, and Sam Palma represented the company’s morals and passion remarkably.”

“My entire experience with Opendoor was positive. Jared was very responsive to messages and his demeanor felt like he was a friend we were doing business with. He listened to a concern I had, asked me questions, and resolved the concern. I encourage others near and in states far away to contact Opendoor. Very stressless. The extra days to stay after closing were great and the deposit I left with them was released the very day we moved out.”
