“The Opendoor experience was the best way to go for our home selling journey. We have kids and an old dog and this process was super easy. I would absolutely go this route and use Opendoor again if we ever need to sell a home again in the future! Highly recommend!”

“I have nothing but great things to say about Opendoor, they made the selling experience so incredibly easy!! They gave us an extremely competitive offer (better than competitors) and showed that they cared about what should be fixed/repaired in our home for potential buyers. They allowed us to stay in our current home the entire time our new home was being built, and were quick to address concerns and questions along the way. I couldn’t believe how stress-free selling our house was. Opendoor is the just the best, and Sam Palma represented the company’s morals and passion remarkably.”

“My entire experience with Opendoor was positive. Jared was very responsive to messages and his demeanor felt like he was a friend we were doing business with. He listened to a concern I had, asked me questions, and resolved the concern. I encourage others near and in states far away to contact Opendoor. Very stressless. The extra days to stay after closing were great and the deposit I left with them was released the very day we moved out.”

“Selling my house for cash to Opendoor was easy and hassle free. I feel Opendoor paid me fair price for my house. I am single senior, I didn't want to take trouble, time and money to prepare house for sale. My house was in very good condition but realtors I interviewed wanted to spruce up my house. Spend money and time to list my house. I got good offer price from Opendoor. I accepted and closing process was straight and simple. Whole process was virtual. My contact Caitlin Tevis was very helpful and courteous. She responded to all my concerns and questions. I definitely recommend Opendoor”

“I can't say enough good things about selling our home through Open Door. The entire experience from start to finish was of the highest caliber. The website was extremely user-friendly and simple to use, and always showed us where we were in the process and what steps were coming up next. The home evaluation process was SO simple and receiving our quote was so fast! Our rep was knowledgeable and provided timely responses. The title company we worked with via Open Door was also incredible. And we were blown away at how easy closing was and how quickly we received our proceeds. Unbelievable! We are so thankful for the fabulous experience and can't wait to tell everyone we know that Open Door took great care of us. Looking forward to working with you again in the future!”

“Opendoor provided a quick and easy process to get a cash offer for my home. The offer was at the high end of market values. There were no showings, borrower financing concerns, or inspection repair requirements. I've bought and sold a few homes over the years and this was the easiest process I've experienced to date. They were even able to accommodate my request to push back the closing date with zero issues. I would use Opendoor again.”
