“I sold my condo to opendoor and it was very convenient and upfront without any hassle even though I needed repairs. They offered a very fair price and I was happy with the entire process.”

“Working with Opendoor was great. It really was smooth and painless. There were couple small hiccups with closing attorney but Tye and his team work hard and got them fixed right away. I have already told friends about Opendoor and how fair the offer was. No showings and no back and forth with buyers. Highly recommend”

“I was offered a fair price for my house in the condition it was in. The opportunity to close when I was ready was appealing, but the feature I appreciated the most was not showing the house since I work at home and could not be interrupted. Open Door and their affiliates handled everything and there were no surprises or worries. Everyone was available by email, text or phone when there were questions.”

“Wow! Amazing how Opendoor made the whole process of selling our home so effortless! Right away, I was given an offer I could not refuse. Right away, I was sent over all of the documents required. If I had questions about anything, Kayla Karp was sure to find me an answer. I did not have to leave many voicemails because she knew who was calling, and greeted me by my name every time I called her. Often times, I could hear her shuffling through papers, and I could understand that she was busy with other things, but that did not stop her from taking my calls. You don’t know how refreshing that is! To know that someone is there for you, guiding you, helping you, it’s just priceless. Especially when you are waiting for a new home to be built, and need to make sure the timing of everything works out. Well, that’s exactly what happened! We did not need to spend money on storage or hotels, and we were able to wrap up all of the details of the sale of our home, and COMFORTABLY, move in to our new home when we had the keys. Everything was done electronically— even the notary portion of things! I really don’t have the words to describe how happy we were with the whole process. I will never sell another house the old fashioned way. A call to Opendoor will be the first call I make. It is so relieving not having to deal with a real estate agent who is working for themselves, and doesn’t have your best interest at heart — even though they may claim otherwise. We didn’t have to worry about offers coming in from different people. We didn’t have to worry whether or not those people qualified for the financing. We didn’t have to worry about people asking for help with their down payment. We didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING! It was a done deal from the beginning, and we could focus on moving forward with the purchase of our new home. Opendoor has the whole process down to a science! How do you think I have all this time to write such a long review? It’s because Opendoor saved me all this time. Thank you, Opendoor, and thank you to everyone at Opendoor working behind the scenes to provide us with such a wonderful experience!”

“We have bought and sold several homes over the years and never has the process been so stress and trouble free. Every step of the way went as planned and any questions were answered quickly by our Opendoor Experience Partner. No waiting for the buyer to get a mortgage approval and no bickering about repairs. We interviewed five Realtors prior to going with Opendoor so we had a good idea of our selling price range and Opendoor was spot on. If the opportunity comes up again we would not hesitate to contact Opendoor.”

“This is our second time selling to Opendoor. We had an excellent experience both times, and honestly couldn’t believe how smoothly the process went and how fair the offers were. No low-balling here, and the fee was the same as commissions to realtors. The deduction for repairs, carpet etc. were also fair. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience. If your house is perfect, in a great neighborhood and beautifully staged you can do better with a conventional sale, especially in today’s seller’s market, but otherwise Opendoor is a great option.”

“This was our fourth real estate transactions and was by far the easiest and stress-free experience! Instead of spending a lot of time cleaning and preparing to show the home, we spent time looking for our new home and planning for our relocation. I love the flexible closing date options.
