“I sold my home to Opendoor directly and would highly recommend it to anyone. The person assigned to assist me was incredibly professional and helpful. They walked me through the entire process and helped with making changes as my personal situation changed. I had to move the date around several times and they were more than happy to assist. 10 out of 10. These guys rock!!”

“Due to health reasons, my wife and I were making plans to move close to our daughters who live in Minneapolis, MN. We contacted the leading realty company in our Tucson, AZ location. The Tucson realty company suggested we list our home for $299,000. We saw Open Door promotions on the internet. We filled out the necessary Open Door information. We received an offer of 310,000 from Open Door. We did not reply to the $310,000 offer. A week later, Open Door sent us a $320,000 offer. Now Open Door had our attention. We made contact on a Friday and on Monday, Open Door sent a photographer to our house. On Tuesday, Open Door sent a proposal of $328,000. Open Door's Service fees and Estimated closing cost were list than our Tucson, realty company. The estimated net proceeds from Open Door were $309,000. We shared these Open Door with 8 close friends. The unanimous reaction, was that the Open Door offer sounded "too good to be true." ! mean, we are talking 29,000 more than the local realty company was suggesting. No showings!!! All we had to do was take photos of the house and outside yard to show that the house was completely vacated. I should mention that my wife and I our 87 and 85 years old. Yes, we accepted the $328,000 offer immediately. We closed electronically and the money was wired to our bank within the hour after the closing. Yes, moving is a major task. Especially for two senior citizens. However, the actual sale of the house was painless. Open House did everything they promised. Looking to sell your home? “When it came time to sell my house, I just didn't want to go thru multiple inspections. My house was in good shape but with any house that is as old as mine (65 years old) anyone could nitpick about any item. Opendoor looked at my house, gave me an offer I could accept and worked with me on a time line that allowed me to buy my new home. Closing on the sale was easy they came to me to sign, money was wire transferred to my checking account. I am very happy with the transaction. Thank you Opendoor.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! No preparing and showing the house. Set my closing date and even changed it at the last minute with no difficulty. The process was simple. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and happy to help. The offer was fair. While the fees may have appeared high, the bottom line was appropriate for the home. I would certainly recommend Open Door to anyone looking to sell who doesn’t want the hassle of staging, showing and negotiating!”

“Yes, the commercials are true, Opendoor does give a competitive offer without the hassle of listing. Due to my tight timeline and home condition, I really did not want to list my house, though I'd probably get much higher offers in today's market. I did get several small companies who buy with cash, to take a look and they all offered something laughably small. I gave Opendoor a shot and they blew me away with their offer. Coming from a traditional real estate background, this whole process has been a bit daunting and mysterious. As long as you pay attention to the timeline shown, all the steps are laid out (took me a second to figure that out). Plus, they really did think of all the possible questions I might have in their help articles. With all that said, the process truly was simple and straightforward. I've never sold a house before on my own, but I managed to make it happen with Opendoor with little to no hiccups. Albert, my Experience Partner, was great because he was friendly and would go out of his way to get any questions answered. Always just a text away despite his busy schedule. If your home meets the requirements for Opendoor and you are thinking of using Opendoor, I'd highly recommend it. Made my life much easier.”
