“Brooke Lyons was our rep that assisted with our sale to Opendoor. She was amazing and very responsive to questions and concerns we had. Like so many other reviews I have read, I was skeptical as it seemed too easy and too good to be true. It wasn't and they gave us a strong market price, closed on time and cash in the bank the same day as close and we even picked the closing date. I would never hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.”

“Selling to Opendoor was the easiest and most hassle-free experience I've ever had. I had some reservations at first, because you're selling your home to a company and not a homebuyer, but Betsy made everything so easy. I filled out everything online, and they kept me updated during every step of the process. This was one of the least stressful parts of 2021.”

“It was so easy to sell my house using Opendoor no showings just a FaceTime and the transaction was done. Not to mention I signed my closing docs on a Thursday and woke up Friday with the proceeds from the sale in my acccount 👀👀👀. They also have been working with me to buy my new house and I can’t say enough about Opendoor if the scale was 1-10 they would be a 100. PS they are paying too dollar which makes it a million times easier to work with them don’t even look at the other guys Opendoor is the end all be all for real estate.”

“From the offer to closing to funding, the experience was seamless. Jared and I spoke just a few times and from there it was from the website. I was able to move our closing date, due to schedule conflict, from the website”

“We had a great experience with Opendoor. Literally no hassle, no run around. Within 1 week of submitting a query for a preliminary offer, we had a signed contract and a close date. No showings, no cleanings, no effort. Everyone was professional and fair. We got a great deal on our house. Overall, it was the best experience I've ever had involving the sale/purchase of a home.”

“Ok I was very skeptical when I heard about this but I’m so glad I did! Nate was my experience partner and everything went beautifully from start to finish and I was able to move into my dream home with a fast sale. Nate was very responsive to my questions and the ability to get rent back (and give to my sellers) just made my offer more competitive. Not to mEA room the ease of moving out over 4 days after closing. No cleaning, no repairs, no showings. I doubt I’ll ever sell another house the traditional way. My offer was very consistent with the market at the time. They were even able to move the closing date when I needed to. This is seriously the best service. I highly recommend.”

“The process from beginning to end was so easy. Gary F. was my go to person and he was so great to work with. The Title company and all the people I interacted with was great. I have never sold a house this way, but I will do it again with Opendoor when the time comes. Thank you Opendoor for the great experience.”

“Having the experience of selling a home the traditional way, I decided to use Opendoor for the sale of my 2nd home because I did not want to spend precious time fixing up the place. I found their service to be quick, fair and easy to use and afford me the best way to move on to my next home without hassling with the current home. “Incredible experience! It’s real! We kept thinking, this seems too good to be true- but all closed and funded like a normal home sale. Dillion, our rep was always responsive and patient with our questions. And, when Dillion was off one day our closing week, OpenDoor had another agent call us and take over that day. He did amazing work as well since there was a small mistake in noting our late checkout that was holding up our funding. He worked diligently to correct that day and we funded the next morning. All the starts for Opendoor- we loved it- exactly what we needed for a quick, easy move. And, we closed for significantly more than our realtor recommended listing for!”

“By far the easiest, most friendly experience you can have selling a home. I kept wondering ok where is the catch or the gotcha and there never was one. Very easy, simple process and Open Door (Mark Samuelsen) walked us through every step, answered every question and made it an extremely smooth process.”
