“Incredible experience! It’s real! We kept thinking, this seems too good to be true- but all closed and funded like a normal home sale. Dillion, our rep was always responsive and patient with our questions. And, when Dillion was off one day our closing week, OpenDoor had another agent call us and take over that day. He did amazing work as well since there was a small mistake in noting our late checkout that was holding up our funding. He worked diligently to correct that day and we funded the next morning. All the starts for Opendoor- we loved it- exactly what we needed for a quick, easy move. And, we closed for significantly more than our realtor recommended listing for!”

“By far the easiest, most friendly experience you can have selling a home. I kept wondering ok where is the catch or the gotcha and there never was one. Very easy, simple process and Open Door (Mark Samuelsen) walked us through every step, answered every question and made it an extremely smooth process.”

“Great experience. I do not recall if I reached out first or if Open Door got a lead that I was wanting to sell and move. Whichever is irrelevant now. I was very skeptical at first because their offer was so much more than any other one I received. There are a lot of scammers out there. I was almost calling the Open Door representative a liar at one point. He was very patient with me and assured me that Open Door was legit and on the up and up with me. The process was so simple and they worked with me on my time line giving me the ability to Make an offer and complete it on my new home. I highly recommend Open Door as the way to go if you are looking to make a change.”

“WOW -- what a smooth new way to SELL your home .. and NOT have the stress of having buyers back out .. our experience with Opendoor has been one we never imagined ... everything was so easy .. right from the initial offer to the video walkthrough and inspection to final offer -- all in less than a week .. and to top it off .. closing in 2 weeks .. Special mention to Lori Nelson our Opendoor experience partner and Kelsey who works in the customer care answering and clarifying anything we asked .. would sell to Opendoor again in a heartbeat if we could do it all over again ..”
