“Excellent and crazy great experience. I thank you guys for being so great. I have had so many experiences in life where companies have screwed me over I was skeptical about all of this until closing day. By far the easiest process I have ever had. I am now renting the house afterward for ten days or so and you guys let me stay here free for 7 of the days! Airbnb was way more expensive too so as I have waited for my new house- you guys have continued to be awesome. Shout out to Jared N. for reassuring me repeatedly when I was skeptical. I have already told a bunch of people about you guys and will forever do so. Keep on keeping on guys.”

“1. Had an experienced and very successful realtor tell me I would never get the amount I wanted for my house even if I staged it etc…2. Jarred N. was knowledgeable and honest to me about the whole process. 3. You guys made this experience so easy that I was suspicious the entire time since you always hear- If it’s too good to be true then it is usually not true. This has been the only time I can think of where that saying was wrong. I cannot begin to say how grateful I am guys. Seriously- my dog thanks you too. She would have had to be put up al the time etc.. Anyway- THANKS so very much for the easy and excellent experience!”

“We could not be happier with how our experience with Opendoor turned out. The communication was great and the speed at which everything moved was awesome! Their offer was so competitive that we accepted immediately and stopped communication with similar services. We were able to sell with relative ease, even though we resided out of state. The process lasted 20 days from start to finish with proceeds arriving on the 21st day! We highly recommend Opendoor over every other similar service!”

“Opendoor made it possible for me and my family get our dream house under contract with their Cash Backed Offer Program. The buying agent is professional and worked hard to get us into contract. We are in the process of selling our current house and buy the house back from Opendoor. With the flexibility and generous timeline, we think it should go smoothly. So far, the buying experience with Opendoor has been very smooth and pleasant, and I anticipate it remains so until we're actually making the move and done with closings. Can't say enough about how excited we are at this point.”

“Dillon Sinclair and North American Title Group made it very easy for me to sell my home through Opendoor. I had so many questions and Dillon always answered them on time. He was very courteous and professional through the entire process. NAT who handled Escrow were also amazing in the process as they were able to help me get the timeline in order as far as receiving the proceeds on time for my home purchase through Opendoor as well.”

“Buying through open door was a NO HASSLE straight forward and NO STRESS experience for the first time in my life selling a house. I closed on my house in under 15 days, I’ve sold 3 other house in my lifetime and never experienced such a smooth experience. “Wonderful Experience. We sold our house to Opendoor to avoid showings or open houses as well as to avoid repairs. The process was so smooth. I kept waiting for something to go wrong but nothing did. We received a fair offer, the closing was a breeze, and we were able to stay in the house for a week until our new house was ready. Our Opendoor contact and the closing contact were responsive and pleasant. I would strongly recommend Opendoor for selling a house.”
