“The surgeon was brilliant and made me very comfortable to have made the right choice. Everyone at Shaftsbury Avenue is very helpful and very satisfied with the check ups and answers to my questions. Had an appointment at Westfield - White City and thought that they were not as professional and helpful. I would recommend Optical express to friends and family as laser eye surgery changed my life for the better... don't know why i waited so long to have it done!”

“I recently had eye laser surgery which changed my life for better. If you fed up with wearing contact lenses do not hesitate - just go for it ! procedure is safe, quick and brings great result, and you are going to have the best care you need.”

“Friendly staff and very proffessional. Everything was done quickly and i'm very happy with the result. Only thing is my LASEK procedure was told to be 'discomfort'. It was more intense than expected, which afterwards i was told is normal. If i was told before hand, i could have prepared myself better. Still no regrets as my eyesight is incredible!”

“I'd considered having laser eye surgery for many years but didn't have the courage to get it done. Finally after 40 years of glasses and contact lenses I had the treatment anf now wish I'd had it done years ago. The improvement in my confidence is amazing.”

“Very satisfied at the moment, however I do get dry eyes a lot because I use the laptop a lot at work, I have been giving Celluvisc eyedrops hopefully it will get better. I believe my eyes are both 20/20 in day time however at night time or in a darker room I do see that my right eye is slightly weaker but I can still see perfectly fine. Sometimes I get a headache if there's any bright light hopefully that will go soon too. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience at Optical Express.”

“I was in a world of blurs and darkness. I was unsure. Everything was foggy. Everything was uncertain. Yes, I had glasses, and they helped make sense of my world, but they weren't perfect. They were expensive and made me look nerdy. And then you came along, Optical Express and with your consultations and lasers you fixed me. Now I can see everything. Now I can see the world as it is. “It's an absolute joy to be able to get up in the morning and see clearly out of the window at my garden and then to be able to walk down stairs without fear of falling due to varifocals. I now long to go back to the Giant's Causeway and be able to walk about without fear of falling.”

“Working in a gym it had become increasingly difficult for me to recognise members without wearing my glasses. Since surgery I can see my members without problem and am enjoying not having to wear glasses all the time especially when driving and when out walking. I still need them for reading but not for cooking, gardening and I can even see to apply make up- no problem!”

“My vision has been poor since I was in my late teens. I've worn glasses for 25 years. Laser Surgery has given me freedom. I cannot describe the difference being able to see without glasses has made to my life. Its wonderful that my glasses are no longer the first thing I have to reach for in the morning. I can see!!”
