“My surgery was double the price of my step father's eye surgery at optical express, which is why I didn't have it done after a consultation over 4 years ago as I was about to go to University.
However my parents have been kind enough 4 years after this, to support me with mine. My own father has had the surgery done in France around 20 years ago and I was always keen to have this surgery. My glasses were not fashionable, I was unsure wether to spend money on a designer pair and I was sick of the limitation of contact lenses, which were drying my eyes out from too much wear and from being on the computer for too long.
