“Overall i am happy with the experience - my distance vision has vastly improved and i appreciate that my close and middle distance vision will continue to improve. i am happy that if i am still experiencing difficulty in these areas in two or three months I can have this amended with laser treatment. Staff are always polite and courteous if on some occassions a bit rushed.”

“It was really good staff were really friendly and helpful. The only hard bit was right after the surgery when the painkillers wore off but after that discomfort was clean sailing.”

“I am sure that I will not be the first or last to say this, but my main view is "why did I not get this done much earlier." I have received an excellent level of care and treatment. From the first appoitment through to after care, there has been clear and helpful explanations, attention to my requirements and polite and helpful staff. I knew what to expect for the treatment and immediately following this, so felt totally reassured that what I was experieincing was quite normal, I am delighted with my vision and changes to the quality of my life. I am recommending this to all my friends that could benefit as i have done. A highly professional organisation. Wel done.”

“I had laser eye surgery with optical express in the summer and I am amazed with how much it has changed my life for the better. I can now kayak, horse ride and play hockey without the bother of glasses of limpet like contacts! It feels as though my world is in HD now with my new 'laser eyes' :) I was really impressed with the servcie I receieved from Optical express - which was very professional. Even the sales team over the phone were helpful and put my mind at ease concerning the surgery. The aftercare was superb and they seemed to really care about my recovery. Due to a very busy social life full of sporting activites and working for a large organisation I have managed to refer many friends and colleagues who have all been as equally impressed with the surgery and the dramatically positive impact it has had on their lives. Overall - I would thoroughly recommend Optical express and their team of experts in eye care. Thank you Optical Express!”

“It took me 20 years to pluck up the courage to have eye surgery. I was extremely worried about anything going wrong as my job depends on me doing a lot of reading and writing. Staff were reassuring and the procedure was perfectly bearable. It was definitely worth it and I've already recommended it to others.”

“Overall i'm pleased, close vision perfect but distance i'm not so sure about as I get ghosting and halos around lights. The initial operation was first class, i'm still only 3 months into it and being monitored so am pleased with that, hope we'll get there in the end.”
