“It was all very well explained to me. The staff were attentive and always helpful and the surgeon and his team top class. It is quite unbelievable that a procedure that takes hardly 15 minutes can change your life to this degree. I can't be thankful enough to the staff at Optical Express for everything.”

“I had my first laser eye surgery over a year ago, with complications, and have since undergone numerous enhancement procedures, but at the end it was all worth it. The care and aftercare is of very good quality. Very satisfied with the service provided overall.”

“The whole experience has been very easy, from the first consultation, through to the follow up check ups. Every member of staff has been so helpful and explained everything, ensuring that I am as comfortable as possible. I would recommend my surgeon, Dr Carr, to anyone considering having it done, he was excellent during the proceedure and it went past so quickly - I felt like I was in and out within minutes. Will definately be recommending Optical Express to all of my friends who are now considering having it done since mine was such a success.”

“I'm glad that I can still read close by with no glasses, which helps a lot for my work. Distance isn't perfect yet, but stil wait and see if it'll change in the next few months. I'm overall satisfied with the level of service at the clinic, and I have already spread the word among the colleagues. Hope they will find the same exciting experience of getting better eye sight after so many years of wearing glasses or contact lenses.”

“The surgery itself is a little peculiar but it was over very quickly. The surgeon and the nurses talked to me the whole way through which I found reassuring. My eyes felt uncomfortable that day even though I was resting with them closed and my goggles on. I don't think all the literature has prepared me for that - it just focussed on the fact that you can see 'straight away'. Yes you can, but it's uncomfortable to keep your eyes open that day. There's a lot to remember in the first week; 3 sets of drops 4 times a day, wear the goggles to sleep and no water near your eyes. However, one month on, all of that was worth it to have no need to wear my lenses or glasses!”

“it is a brave decision to have laser eye surgery but these people do this kind of thing every day and i hadn't thought of it like that before. It feels like a big deal but everyone is so focussed and experience in what they do they just get on with. I am so pleased i was brave enough to do it. I have absolutly no regrets and i am looking forward to the summer with no glasses smearing up.”

“I was quiet nervous before the surgery, but you are in there no longer than 5 minutes. And after surgery there was nothing to be nervous about. i should have done it sooner....”

“I came, had my check ups , everything was good to go ahead with the surgery. Went back to manchester had it done , then a couple of days later i was back in London. It was an easy quick surgery which didn't cause me any pain at all and i would incourage others to go ahead and have it done!”
