“The team have been excellent throughout, alleviating my concerns and explaining everything. By making the surgery feel almost 'routine' they helped me relax and make the decision to go ahead. While the hours after surgery are uncomfortable, I would definitely recommend it to friends and wish I'd done it years ago!”

“Everything went very well and staff were always prompt, friendly and professional. Only negative was the intense discomfort for 3 hours post surgery. I was extremely distressed due to the pain and anaesthetic drops post surgery would have significantly altered my overall experience. However, vision is excellent and very happy. The 'blink' drops only last about a week if used as recommended - would be useful to be given a couple of bottles if longer period between check ups.”

“As above, friendly staff, good standard of care. Expert help and vrey impressed with results. Only issue is the wait sometimes for appointments. For one appointment I had to wait 1hr 30 minutes, which then costs more with car parking etc.”

“The Staff are really friendly and it helps that a majority of them have also had the laser eye surgery which is quite comforting. All questions are answered with full explanations which makes it really easy to understand the procedure and what to expect. I would definately reccommend.”

“I was a little worried on the first day as my eyes were quite irritable after the surgery. However, the following morning everything was amazing and has continued that way ever since. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending anyone to have the surgery.”

“Scared at first. Day of surgery was made much easier by staff making it more relaxing. Surprised how quickly it was all over. The 3 hours following surgery were the worst and very uncomfortable. Once the stinging wore off after that and dry eyes were worst part but releived by tear drops.”

“I decided to have RLE surgery as I wanted to be free of reading glasses. I half expected my distance vision, which has always been very good, to become somewhat worse after surgery. In the event it has not been affected and I am ecstatic about that. Optical Express has been terrific, and I believe the only area which is worse than before at present (glare, haloes and starbursts) will improve over months as my brain adapts. Maany thanks to all those involved, and I will certainly highly recommend the RLE procedure in general and OE in particular.”
