“I am extremely satisfied with the exerience. I had been thinking of having the treatment for the last 10 years but I have always been too scared to actually make an appointment to check the suitability. I approached Optical Express because of a colleague passing me a voucher after she had eye laser surgery. The customer service has been excellent from the very start and all staff has been extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. A minor fear I had, was about being under pressure to get the deposit from me, but I never was under this impression and this is a fundamental point for me as, just like for many other people, feeling that pressure means you feel you are to them just another source of income rather than a person, and this would scare me away. The resullts are excellent and I don't think I could have imagined anything better than this.”

“with such a relatively high presription I was advised that my eyesight would be better than glasses and not as good as contact lenses - it seems that have reacted wll to treatment however and can see as good as contact lenses already - with "improvement still to come".”

“very bad few hours after the surgery, if a further procedure was needed to 'top up' my vision i probably would not go through with it. But the change is so dramatic i would do it from scratch again”

“My experience was quite unique. The day I had the surgery done, the weather was unusually sunny. This caused a lot of discomfort on the journey home form the operation. However, I would still highly reccomend anyone getting the surgery done, as the discomfort lasted only a matter of hours. The benifits have thus far outweighed the discomfort and I hope they continue to do so.”

“Overall an excellent service that I've found very beneficial, I did personally find the surgery unplesant and have had problems with bright lights since my surgery. The staff have all been very focused and helpful during my after care.”

“I am a dog groomer I was short sighted but in the last three years have had difficulty working with my near vision, I could see better without my £400 vari focals than I could with them but one with one eye. so had lots of eye strain. I can now see perfectly near vision. Distance vision in my right eye is extremely good the left eye not so good. But overall I am very good bear and far vision. I am very pleased with the overall result. Your staff are all lovely and I have been well looked after. I have no complaints. But if you could tweek the left eye to be a pefect as the right eye that would be wonderful/ Thank you again”

“I've always felt like the staff are there to help me should I ever have a problem, from my suregery right through to all my check ups I've been looked after very well, the one thing was I never had a phone call to organise my 3 month check up as I was expecting, I had to phone myself (but this is very minor in comparison to the excellent service I have received up until now)”

“I have been very impressed by the level of service I have received from Optical Express from the time I booked the appointment, right through to the follow-up checks. The staff have always done their best to put me at ease and answer all my questions to the best of their ability. I have already recommended LASER eye surgery to a number of my friends due to the excellent results I'm benefitting from.”

“Before I had laser eye surgery I had to wear my glasses all the time. It is just fantastic to be able to get up and not have to feel around for my glasses!”

“I was a bit worried if I had made the right decision about the laser surgery, I 'm glad I took the plunge. The over all effect is better than I could have imaged it was the best thing I have could have ever done no more glasses or lenses great.”
