“No pain, no itching, great experience. Would recommend to friends and already have one of them using the voucher I got so that she could afford it! All staff in the store and friendly and helpful. Only cost me ?490 for both eyes - bargain!”

“Was a nervous patient at first .. but was well looked after before, during and after treatment .. and thoroughly recommend laser eye surgery to someone else thinking about having it. Has completely changed my life I can now do activities I haven't been able to with glasses. No more cleaning or trying to find glasses that my kids have hidden. Thanks to Optical Express.”

“overall experience has been really good, first 3 weeks experienced cloudyness and double vision at times but after a month really pleased, just get dry eyes now but are ok after i put in the blinks drops, but i am very pleased overall :)”

“I HAD BEEN CONSIDERING LASER EYE FOR QUITE SOME TIME. I AM GLAD THAT I FINALLY HAD THE COURAGE TO GO THROUGH WITH IT AS I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS AND THE AFTERCARE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND THE DISCOMFORT THAT WAS FELT AFTER SURGERY ONLY LASTED FOR A DAY OR SO AND WITHIN A FEW HOURS WAS MUCH IMPROVED.”

“A good experience, no problems at all. At all times staff put me at ease, before and during the treatment itself, and of course each time I've come in for my checkups. I had thought about having the treatment for abour ten years, and now wish I'd had it done way before now. One way that I truly appreciate the improvements is that my periferal sight is so much improved. Wearing specs was problematic in as much as I didn't always see kerbs and changes in pavement heights, now that problem does not exist. I'm still waiting for the full benefits of having the treatment and feel confident that my sight will be as I want in the very near future.”

“I went for the consultation which was easy enough and all the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I was talked through all the procedures I could have and how much they would cost. I wasn't really intending on having the lazer eye surgery just yet but realised that having the surgery could in fact save me money on prescription glasses, contacts, etc, and by the time I was older my lense would be a rediculous size. After much consideration of pros and cons I decided to book the surgery even though I was a little scared. But this is why optical express have gone the extra mile, before, during and after my surgery they were comforting and reassuring. Even the surgeon made me laugh. The after care is also helpful as you would wonder how your eyes are progressing and whether they are healing correctly, so the regular checkups are very handy and put the worries aside for me. Overall, I would say my experience has been wonderful and I wouldn't change it.”

“I have been wanting to do this for years, but was always a little bit frightened. After needing an operation last year I felt a lot more relaxed about having surgery and turning 40 this month gave me the push to go for it!”

“I had a strong prescription prior to surgery and was worried about my astygmatism. However, the surgery was successful and my vision has continually improved in the weeks following surgery.”

“I had difficulty with recognising people from a short distance and made mistakes that were becoming a regular occurence. I decided to have the surgery done to improve my confidence and quality of life and now I have more belief in myself. The surgery has been very worth while and I would have the procedure done again.”

“I am very happy with the overal experience I have had with the company. I did feel that I would have liked a bit more information about the procedure before it happened, such as the noises from the laser and the smell and the overal sensory experience. When you are in the chair and trying to keep calm, for some patients it may help to know what to expect and to know whats going to occur. My follow up appointments have been very thorough and I received a phone call from the call center checking on my progress too! I am also happy that I was given the option to change to a different location for the follow up appointments, the company is very flexibility. Thank you”
