“apart from some miscommunication and general paperwork mishaps at the beginning of the experience, i have been very satisfied with the level of care and general treatment and optical express... the surgeon was amazing!”

“Having laser surgery has improved the quality of my life greatly, I am now able to get up and go without having to remember to take my glasses, I no longer need to bother with contact lenses when playing sport or out on a sunny day to be able to wear sunglasses, and just to be able to see the world with such clarity with my natural vision is incredible. All this for just a few minutes on the operating table where the only discomfort was a little pressure on the eye, but no pain at all. The staff at Optical Express are very attentive and responsive to their patients. You can only appreciate the joys of the results once you've done it, so I highly recommend laser treatment at Optical Express to anyone who is missing out on life due to poor vision.”

“Very happy with the results. I almost didn't go ahead with laser eye surgey as I worked myself up about it and was quite scared of the procedure. I'm glad I went ahead as the surgeon put my mind at ease straight away, and it wasn't so bad afterall!”

“I am suffering with dry eyes and this has obviously made an impact on the treatment. Happy with the laser treatment but still early days. Very impressed with the care given. Would recommend Optical Express if any of my family or friends were intrested.”

“I used my glasses nearly 15 years, sometimes it's a realy uncompatable to use specially doing sports or at gym. So I got a decition to get rid off glasses by laser eye treatment, after good market reaserch I choos Optical Express as a good trustable place to do my treatments. The surgery was about 10-15 minutes and it was not a big deal so I felt good and positive about my surgery, but unfortunately I had a complication called DLK. Then I had to do second treatment ASAP in this situation Optical Express really take care about my case and did all the things very well to recover my eyes soon as posible. I take a chance of this to thanks to all of the staff who help me to do my surgery and big thanks to Optical Express give my eyes back...”

“A positive experience that is only slightly more hassle than actually getting your eyes tested. I have very sensitive eyes and was really not looking forward to the surgery but I am really glad I did it now and the consultants and staff make it sound worse or a bigger procedure than it actually seemed to be. I'm glad I received all the information that I did and I am very happy and grateful with the after care service.”

“From start to finish my care was excellent and I am delighted with the outcome. A little reluctant to have the procedure done but very happy with the outcome it has made a major difference to my life especially in the little things, showering, going to bed and been outdoors. However before the surgery it would have been beneficial to have been told that my vision would momentarily go while the procedure was been carried out on each eye.”

“After 48 years of wearing glasses i have more confidence. I was put at ease when i was scared.everything was explained step by step.for the sake of a few days of dicompfort i could see everything.colours looked brighter,and as corney as it sounds the sky look real and fresh”

“After the eye surgery my vision was very poor for over 1 week, day 2 and 3 were the worst in terms of pain and discomfort. Now 18 days on I can see real improvements and so glad I went ahead with the enhancement.”

“I love being able to get up and see straight away! There is no hassle anymore with lenses morning and night. It has made a real difference to me. I always hated wearing glasses so struggled with lenses for years and wore them much longer than i was supposed to. Very happy with the results, although have to say was a little unprepared with the pain on the day of the surgery!”

“I was amazed at how quick the surgery was done and how good my vision was afterwards (amazing). Overall I am very happy with the result 2nd time round. I just hope the distance improves a little more over the next two months.”
