“Optical Express looked after me so well before, during and after my surgery. I just wish I'd have had it done years ago when I first started thinking about it! It really has been the best decision I have made. Some people have said to me about the money it cost, but I think it is really cheap when you think I can see better than 20/20 now! No more glasses, no more contact lens!”

“The procedure is very good and quick, and not painful at all (except maybe to the pocket), and the results can be seen within half an hour. There are follow up visits to check how your eyes are adjusting, as a 60 year old I was short sighted but could read without glasses, but because of my age I now have to use reading glasses for very small print, but can see other things clearly for the first time in 45 years. and can wear a decent pair of sunglasses when the sun finally decides to show its face.”

“I had my eyes corrected by laser surgery at the Milton Keynes branch{27/12/12}.The people at Optical Express were very friendly and attentive.The aftercare service was brilliant.Having the surgery done to my eyes was the best money i have ever spent,it has given me so much confidence and i feel a million times better in myself. No more glasses to buy no more cleaning lenses.Once again a big thankyou to Optical Express”

“Laser eye surgery was something I had contemplated for years But it always seemed too risky or too expensive. When I made the decision to have the procedure, I did so after much research and discussion. It was a wonderful choice! The surgery itself was quick and all I had to do was relax for a few minutes while the procedure took place. Innitially my eyes were swollen and uncomfortable. I went home and went to bed. In the morning it felt like a miracle had occurred... I could see everything clearly from across the room!! My eyes have continued to be trouble free and I have better than 20/20 vision. It has been a life changing experience - I smiled non stop for at least the first month and I still smile at the feeling of elation I had to discover I no longer needed contacts or glasses to live my daily life. Thankyou.”

“I had been wearing glasses ever since I can remember so it made a huge difference for me taking this eye laser surgery. I know look and feel like a new person and even my closest friends dont recognise me! I can wear sunglasses, go to the beach and actually see a few meters infornt of me, watch tv and I can even see better than my friends! The list goes on and on! The healing process is super fast (Intralase Wavefront) and all the medication only lasts for a week which doesnt apply on other companies/doctors. Also the price is cheaper. Both of these is mentioned with facts from my cousin who made the same operation at a doctor and cost him around ?1000 more and 5 weeks of medication (drops etc) This is the best thing I have ever done for my self so far and it was worth every penny. Almost 1 year now since my laser eye surgery with no complications and still can see perfectly!”

“I was a little nervous before the actual procedure but was put totally at ease by the surgeon, and felt very safe in his hands. The surgery went well. Recovery was a little tough in the first few days, but once I had the bandage lenses removed things improved immensely. As time has passed my vision has got better and better - I am looking forward to enjoying many things that I couldnt do in the future.”

“I'm very happy I had laser eye surgery mostly just because of the ease of my vision now, not worrying about dirty glasses or irritating contacts. I can see as soon as I wake up and watch tv in bed at night w/out worrying about remembering to take glasses off or contacts out.”

“I had thought about having surgery for a while however, being recommended by a friend and having issues with my current optitians I decided to go for it. I cannot believe the results and wish I had done it years earlier. My vision is better than I imagined it could ever be - I'd never even heard of 20/12 vision. Thank you to all the staff who were fantastic every step of the way. Here's to a future of clear vision!!”

“Alltogether: good care and aftercare from optical express. So much better without glasses. Should have done it 10 years before. Nevertheless, better now, than not have done it (be 40). Sport, waking up, clothes changing, etc. you just see clearly and have no hassle anymore.”

“Although my eyes were sore for 24 hours after surgery, as was expected, the results of my vision are brilliant and the after care I've received very professional. Also during surgery they explained every part of what they were doing, which was very good.”

“I always wore glasses for driving and watching the tv. I had to wear contacts for football. My big problem was if I was out socialising or just out an about in generla without wearing my contacts or glasses, people would wave at me to say hello and it was embarassing when I didnt respond or know who it was. The day after my surgery was like a new beginning - it might sound funny but I'll always remember looking at the wall paper in my hallway from my bed and all of a sudden I could see every fine detail. I opened the window and looked at the mountain, I could see people on top of the mountain!! You gotta do this, life is too short.”

“I am terrified of anyone coming any where near my eyes. I can't even stand someone doing my make-up, so I was really nervous when I finally decided to have laser eye surgery done. After going through it, I would recommend it to everyone. It has changed my life for the better - I now have sniper vision - I am 007a!! hahaha. :-D I can make out which are taxi's instead of random cars on a night out, which is always a plus! Seriously though, the procedure isn't painful, just a little uncomfortable but it's over in seconds. Have it done now.... you won't look back! :-D Well worth the money and the Optical Express Staff are brill!!! Good luck...”

“I have heard so many stories/ peoples' account of how briliant it is, but never thought it was this easy. The procedure is a little uncomfortable, but it's a lifetime of not wearing lenses/glasses for me- this is priceless! The staff at Optical Express are professional and very helpful. If you are thinking about it- JUST DO IT!”

“Now that I can literally see the difference I wish I had taken the step earlier. Riding my motorcycle without varifocals and steamed up glasses is a major bonus.It has made a huge difference to my life.
