“I had a very successful experience. The day of surgery I did experience a lot of surgery however the following day my eye-sight was nearly back to normal. The aftercome in optical express in cork was second to none and everyone was extremely friendly and easy to talk to.”

“Having laser eye treatment has truly changed my life. I found myself at 20 years old relying on glasses. When I arrived at the surgery I was terrified but the staff calmed me down and treated me like a friend rather than a number. The surgery itself felt like it lasted seconds”

“The day of the surgery I was very nervous, however the staff were brilliant in calming me down. The surgen was very friendly, professional and confident. The surgery lasted around 10-15 mins and the total time I was in the clinic was around an hour! I cannot believe how quickly my eyes settled and the quality of vision was suberb. There was some discomfort in the first 24 Hours, but a little sleep sorted that. The drops I was given were really helpful and I can honestly say I have only had very mild dry eyes for around 10 days. Top marks to optical express, I cannot fault them in any way and would recomend the surgery to anyone.”

“When i had the opperation the first week i experianced dry eyes and vision was blured and changed, which i was told was very normal, a examination was taken and i was told all was ok, however continue withe the blink.After a few week this improved and eyes are settiling down. I now nolonger have to put lenses in my eye and vision is the same as if i did, so very pleased with the whole proceedure.”

“I came to Optical Express because of a family member's experience of laser surgery. I found the staff very pleasant, very knowledgable, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble These comments apply to the Southampton, Harley Street and White City staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending Optical Express to friends and family.”

“I was a bit sceptical at first, in fact opting not to have the surgery after the first consultation over a year ago, but I do not regret having the surgery at all. The only regret is that I wasted a year. The service I have received throughout the process has been second to none witht some of the friendliest people. There was not a single stage where my concerns and queries where not addressed. I would do it all again in a heartbeat.”

“Getting Laser Eye surgery was one of the biggest decisions I have ever made, afterall, it's elective surgery! I was worried and apprehensive about the procedure but the staff were very reassuring, supportive from start to finish and professional. I can confidently say that it's one of the best decisions I have made as it's given me the freedom from glasses and contact lenses that I was hoping for. I would recommend Laser Eye surgery to anyone.”

“Having laser eye surgery has made almost everything I do easier, I no longer have to worry about putting in contacts to go to the gym or play hockey or go on a night out. I still haven't got over waking up in the morning and being able to see immediately and I still think I have to take out my contact lenses at the end of the day! I'm not going to lie and say it was painless, because it hurt quite a bit about an hour after the surgery and it only lasted for a couple of hours and I would definitely go through it again!!”
