“Staff at clinic very professional and attentive. This is reassuring as the decision to have eye surgery is a big one. The difference eye surgery has made to my life is beyond words. The easiest way of describing the difference to vision from wearing glasses is that it's like lifting a smeary polythene sheet away.”

“I knew exactly what to expect before the surgery took place, which was down to the knowledge of the staff and the time they spent with me before the procedure. The procedure itself was quick and not painful - but a bit uncomforable which I knew to expect. The aftercare has been very good.”

“I am happy that I have a massive improvement in my overall vision so that I do not need glasses at the moment but am really keen to get the necessary top up surgery to correct my vision to the point where I truly have 20-20 or better vision. Hopefully very soon!!”

“After the surgery my eyes were streaming with water and fairly uncomfortable. I rested and within 2-3 hours the watering stopped. The vision was pretty good and eyes just felt a bit gritty. Next day vision was great and then just got better each day. Took about a week or so to adjust to reading glasses but now ok with that too.”

“I would definitely recommend Optical Express to friends and family. The customer service has, for the most part, been excellent. My actual laser eye surgeon was top quality too and put me at ease throughout. My only issue has been that, at the very early stages, I was double booked for my consultation so was unable to be seen. I had waited around in Manchester for three hours (as I was due to get a train back down to London) to be sent away as I could not be seen that day. It does not matter at all now as everything since then has been very positive, however I think it should be noted as it was at the very early stages and this incident made me consider not actually having the surgery. Overall, however, I really rate Optical Express and feel that I have received excellent service and great treatment at a very reasonable price.”

“I was quite nervous to begin with but i could see that everyone knew what they were doing so it made me feel better about the procedure. Everyone was helpful and attentative, I would recommend this to anyone.”
