“This surgery has changed my life. Being able to wake up in the morning and see really is amazing. I didnt think that the recovery time would be as quick but withing 2 days i could see better than 20/20 vision. Really please with it, and would 100% recommend it to all my friends. Overall it has changed my life for the better and has given me a great confidence boost. The staff at the clinic have been amaizing and couldnt thank them enough for all the help and suppor thtat they have given me.”

“this has changed my life for the good.my sister had her surgery here and after seeing the attention and care she recieved here there was no doubt in my mind that i wanted to get the surgery done here.having worn glasses all my life its just changed my life not to have to be fussing with glasses and contacts just brilliant.optical express really are so professional and every single one of the staff i have been in contact with were so nice and helpfull and really couldnt do enough for me.i will be recommending this to all my friends and family without a doubt.thank you optical express”

“After my initial surgery I was told that i Needed to get my left flap done again, this was un expected and was not informed this could happen after the surgery. However the care was brilliant by the surgeon and his colleauges. My eyes are brilliant now and the after care has been fantastic.”

“The surgery was strange but the staff were all very helpful. My only criticism is that the eye drops were explained after the surgery which was hard to take in, it would have been better to have this explained beforehand. However, I am very pleased with the results and I wish I had had the treatment years ago!”

“I was very nervous about coming for the procedure but I was put at ease by the lovely staff here. It was totally pain free. Afterwards being able to see so quickly was fantastic. The aftercare has been great and I would be happy to suggest Otpical Express to my family and friends any time.”

“I was very very nervous about the procedure but was put at ease by the staff, the nurses and the surgeon. I was almost hand held throughout the procedure and kepy fully informed of what was happening. It was so quick and pain free to the extent I didn't realise they had finished! The staff allowed me to time to take it in as having worn glasses for 22 years this was the most strange experience ever. The results were clear immediately, and within 2 hours I could see almost perfectly. The aftercare has also been better than expected. The staff are helpful and informative.”

“Overall experience from start to finish was fantastic slight discomfort after surgery but next day was ok, very pleased with sight wish i had it done yours ago... all staff friendly and explained everything well, much at ease with surgery and after care.”

“Both here in the Merry Hill branch, and at Birmingham, staff have been reasurring, helpful, patient and professional. The whole process has been straight forward, and the discomfort felt directly after surgery has been long forgotten, because the results are incredible!”

“I think the service was great, I only had a 2 week wait between the consultaion and the surgery which was alot less than I expected. Vision is perfect since undergoing surgery and has only got better therefater. The staff were brilliant every time I have come in. I just wish i had surgery a year or two ago.”

“I really can't find enough words of praise ( neither in english nor in russian) for the team of optical express as everyone was absolutely brilliant helpfull and professional, and my ultimate and special Thank yougoes to the surgeon Mr Montenez and the nurses who provided post op care and advice. It's been amazing and beyond any belief experience as i come from the country where lots of people think laser eye surgery is very close to sham and this opinion rubbed on me unfortunately. thats why it took me about 5 years and lots of persuasion to come for the consultation to Optical Express. Well, I have never looked back since... Well done and thank you to all the team!”
