“Over last 3 months I have been really satisfied with the laser treatment. I am able to drive at night times and difficult weather conditions with comfort. I can go to the cinema without worrying if I have my glasses on me or not. I would recommend laser treatment to anyone with sight difficulties.”

“I can't praise everyone @ the Leeds branch ENOUGH... They made ME feel so at ease. Nothing is a problem for them, they have time for all your questions and keep you on track of everything that is happening while in theatre. I have praise you and the 'OP ' , to everyone.”

“One random day i decided to pop into optical express for a consultation as i was sick of spending money on frames and contact lenses. I discovered i would be suitable for the surgery, and little did i know that one month later i could see better than ever! I was veryy happy with everyone at optical express in both the cork store and all in newbridge where i had my surgery. they made me feel at ease on the surgery day and was in and out of the store in less than 2 hours, the procedure itself only took a mere 10mins!! I would recommend to all i know who wears lenses. i only experienced slight discomfort on the ay back down to cork from newbridge as it was a very sunny day and had to put a peak cap and sunglasses and coat over my head, experienced tension headaches for about a week but they soon went after i stopped wearing the goggles at nights (think i had them on too tight!). I am very happy, can see the little things that i took for granted that no one saw. My vision is way better and have no difficulty at all with night time driving, where previously i used to get a glare from oncoming traffic! I am delighted with my experience, great value...best money i ever spent! i just hope this great vision lasts!! thanks again to all in optical express.”

“I had Lasik Wavefront Interlase surgery and have been very satisfied with the results so far. Post operation I only suffered slight discomfort and eyes watering for a couple of hours. I did have red marks on the whites of my eyes for about 10 days, however this did not effect vision in any way. I was impressed by a quick recovery rate and to date have had no major problems or issues. I have had a positive experience of the treatment and I would recommend this type of surgery.”

“I was excited about getting my eyes lasered and when i came in for my appointment they were all very nice and the surgeon made me feel at ease and was very friendly. after my surgery i was a bit scared of what to expect as my eyes were very wattery and i couldnt open them at first but the after care man came in to explain my drops and was really helpfull in helping me to not worry and made sure i got home safe in a cab as i was worried. all my after appointments have been good and am so pleased with the result, i would reccomend it to everyone! thank you.”

“Laser eye surgery was something that I've planned to have for ages and finally could afford to do it. It was quicker than it was supposed to be. After having surgery straight away couldn't open eyes due to watering but got some eye drops to open my eyes so I could get to the car. It wasn't painful, there is nothing to worry about. Today my vision is 20/20 and that means the world to me as I'm active physically so now I can do whatever I want without wearing contact lenses especially when I swim, do headstand or play badminton. I would reccommend it to everyone as it really upgraded my lifestyle and especially in first week I experienced freedom from not wearing glassess or contacts anymore;)”

“i am really feeling a lot better and confident in all aspects of life ever since i ve had my surgery done.... its totally a new life when you dont depend on a pair of glasses for every little thing in life, all day long... even talking to people and listening to them gets easier....i just love it and recommend to every one... and i cant wait for my son to be old enough now to get his surgery done....”

“excellent service and fully explained at all times. since having iy done i have played golf and tennis, been to the theatre, watched tv and driven my car without the need for glasses. if you are thinking of having it done i would thoroughly recommend optical express”

“i was very frightened and had thought about laser eye surgery for over 2 years before managing to book myself in for the surgery. The staff put me at ease and made the experience less frightening. I would recommend opticial express and have done to my friends”

“If you are considering laser eye surgery - go for it! I was concerned before hand about whether it would hurt and the risk because after all it's my eyesight I was 'gambling' with. I've had the surgery and I can honestly say it doesn't hurt. It took about 7 or 8 mins for both eyes. The procedure is very easy, painfree and basically a doddle! I was allowed to go home very quickly afterwards and rested my eyes. It was very easy and if I knew how easy, I would have done it much sooner!!!”
