“The surgery itself was very daunting, although explained before hand, it was still a nervous experience. The sensation during the operation is unusual and hard to explain. However, the results of my surgery are unbelievable and life changing. The help and support i've received from all staff at the Livingston store has been amazing and have even made the time for unexpected appointments, to which i have been seen on the same day. Would recommend this surgery to anyone considering it.”

“Overall good experience. However, before surgery, no-one warned me about the discomfort in the hours following surgery in my initial consultation. It wouldn't have put if off if they had forwarned me. Other than that, it was perfect.”

“Optical Express have been icredibly helpful and reliable throughout the process. I have to travel a lot due to my work and the location of my appointments was very flexible. All the staff have been friendly and professional. My surgeon was very reassuring and made me feel confident about the surgery. As soon as I sat up from the surgery I could tell that my vision had improved significantly! I have already been recommending laser eye surgery through Optical Express to my friends and family.”

“Before the surgery my eyes were really bad, i couldn't see anything without my glasses. I work outdoors most of my working day and when it rained it was a job to keep my glassses dry. Having the surgery has given me freedom and a new lease of life. I would recommend it to anyone.”

“I had a consultation in milton keynes, lasted around 2 hours, then 3 weeks later had surgery, slightly uncomfortable for a day then some bruising for a couple of weeks, but otherwise no problems, good service.”

“Always sensitive regarding anything to do with eyes and despite some nerves and anxiety around the surgery I would recommend it to anyone. The Op is not comfotable and the healing process in the 1st 24 hrs after surgery is a challenge but all the asurances I received from staff and others who have had this treatment turned out to be true.”
