“The people in store were really friendly and explained the proceedure well. I felt very comfortable through the experience and the after care service was also very good. The results have been fantastic and I would recommend this procedure to everyone”

“My experience has been excellent. Because im a student i have had to go to many different stores depending on where i am in the country when i need my check up, all 3 stores i have been too have treated me excellently and have been very friendly in all matters. Also they have done it with as little fuss possible.”

“The surgery was quick and easy but the recovery is taking longer than expected. Even though there are issues I would still recommend laser eye surgery.”

“My experience has been better than I thought as I am very happy with the way as a customer I have been treated. The staff has looked after me well providing a service I couldnt ask for better, as all the members of staff have been welcoming. I liked the way on the day of the surgury, the staff helped me with the worries that I had as they kept me calm throughout the pocedure. I felt much better as the staff would constantly ask how I was which felt that they actually cared about thier patients.”

“Was quite reluctant to change from contacts as was only paying £12 a month... Pushed by mother and so glad I did. Ease of life and waking up to 20/20 is like having a small part of yourself back! Doing biking and not having to worry about contact lenses getting muck or dirt in them or falling out, and the fact my eyes have been restored to 20/20.....what more could i ask for... Superb”

“I have been very impressed by every part of my treatment. My eyes have turned out better than I expected and my quality of life has improved no end. I love waking up in the morning and seeing my boys faces without having to fumble around for my glasses. I'm very glad that you offer the finance packages that you do because I wouldnt have been able to afford to have laser eye surgery without it and its the best thing I have ever done.”

“Although the surgery itself was uncomfortable and the hours immediately after were extremely painful and difficult to manage, the end result is more than worth it and I have absoloutely no regret in doing it. The experience with staff before and after treatment was fantastic, everyone was extremely helpful and put me at ease. This can also be said for the surgeon and nurse that performed my procedure, I would not have felt able to do it if it weren't for them.”

“I am very pleased with my eyesight now, but it would have been helpful at the beginning to be informed that the surgery I had would take about six months to heal, as I was panicking at the beginning thinking that my eyesight was never going to get better. The staff in the shop at Bluewater are very helpful, but the online site was not always helpful.”

“Having laser-eye surgery has changed my life! 3 months after surgery I've almost forgotten what it was like to have to spend time every morning putting in contact lenses, constantly making sure I had a spare pair with me (just in case) and carrying my glasses wherever I went. The freedom laser-eye surgery has given me is fantastic and I can now see better than I could wearing my glasses. Couldn't be happier with the results. It was well worth the hour or so of discomfort after the surgery!”

“I had been wanting to have Laser surgery for a while, just needed to pluck up the courage. I will admit the surgery was not what I expected but the whole experience and staff have been brilliant. My sight is now better than I could ever imagine. Glad to throw away the contacts after 10 years !!”
