About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

We only stock gear we’d use ourselves. From brands like Aussie Traveller, MSA, CampBoss, BLA, Hardkorr, Superior Engineering, Tuff Terrain and Outback Explorer. With over 250 brands on our shelves and growing, we’re proud to support fellow adventurers at every stage of their journey.

“Not happy. Tolerances for all deflators were different, ranging between 2-5psi. Had to set them with the aid of a compressor which defeats the point of being able to adjust them on the fly. Also found they didn’t clip on/off very well and one of them was starting to damage the thread as the button was too stiff . Returned them and swapped them for the Campboss deflators which are great and all within 1 psi tolerance and can be set based on their psi markings.”

“Re; Anti Flap Kit - Long with 2 Extra Rafters. Hey Guys, Happy with the quality of the product. It requires 4 Base locators to attach to Van, there was only 2 supplied. Can you supply the other 2 please. Thankyou”

“Terrible service shown in stock and then they ahd no stock. Then sent out wrong parts finally got through to be told right parts to be sent out that week two weeks later still not sent then told I had to return wrong parts before they would send correct parts. No follow up on emails still haven't received parts I played for over a month ago. Will never use this company again or recommend to anyone.”

“I live in a very rural outback part of Australia and although i paid for express shipping, I was very surprised at how fast my order was dispatched and it arrived in under one week.
