About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

Whether you're planning a weekend beach trip or the big lap around Oz, getting prepped can feel like a mission. We're here to make it simple. From expert guides and part finders to trusted advice and helpful customer service, we’re your starting point for any off-grid adventure.

We only stock gear we’d use ourselves. From brands like Aussie Traveller, MSA, CampBoss, BLA, Hardkorr, Superior Engineering, Tuff Terrain and Outback Explorer. With over 250 brands on our shelves and growing, we’re proud to support fellow adventurers at every stage of their journey.

“Because the tv took so long to arrive and it missed the trip I can’t review the item other than it works. Don’t expect a timely delivery from this supplier as I believe they just order items from other warehouses and don’t actually stock anything. My item took over two weeks to arrive.”

“Hi guys I love the bits and pieces I've bought from outback equipment so far (digital tyre deflators and some sullage bags) the tyre deflator was missing a piece but you guys shipped it to me asap very happy with the products and service ... I've spent the voucher already lol I've got a list a things as long as my arm.... I'm going to ask Santa 🎅 for some gift vouchers for Christmas 🎄”

“We have bought a few things off you guys now for our caravan . I have always found your staff to be very knowledgable and helpfull when asking for advice or assistance on my purchases. Pricing is very competitive and you have always been able to supply within a couple of days. All good quality gear as well. I would thoroughly recomend Outback Equipment for all your caravan, camping and 4x4 needs and boating fishing. Regards Ashley Davis.”

“I received my order a week ago it was the wrong order so I reached out to outback equipment ,was told to take photos which I did and haven’t heard as to whether they are going to send me the correct order or refund my money .In my eyes that is disgusting customer service wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone .”

“The Out bach shop is great. 1. Promt delevery and always well packed and no damage items 2. You get exactly what you paid for 3.Very good site to buy from all items have good deteialed infromation and great pictures 4. Price on items very competitve although frieght could be cheaper or even free for repeat customers.”
