About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

Whether you're planning a weekend beach trip or the big lap around Oz, getting prepped can feel like a mission. We're here to make it simple. From expert guides and part finders to trusted advice and helpful customer service, we’re your starting point for any off-grid adventure.

We only stock gear we’d use ourselves. From brands like Aussie Traveller, MSA, CampBoss, BLA, Hardkorr, Superior Engineering, Tuff Terrain and Outback Explorer. With over 250 brands on our shelves and growing, we’re proud to support fellow adventurers at every stage of their journey.

“So glad that I found Outback equipment and that great products they have. I am definitely not a 4WD'er and I was chasing some water tanks for my builders trailer. Super happy with the quality of the products and the speed it was delivered. The price and rewards was the icing on the cake and has made me a return customer, multiple times now. “My tow bar turned up missing parts which I discovered mid install, I had to uninstall and re fit the bumper to get the car back on the road for my wife. Extremely inconvenient! Communication has been slow and I still don't know ow if the missing parts have been sent out to me.”
