About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

Placed an order on 21 July still haven't received it on 25 August. Have followed up with Outback twice but have received no response.

Terrible product upon reaching out to attempt to reach a resolution was ignored and massive assumptions were made. Staff advised me I would receive a product received the wrong thing

The bike cover is made out of very weak material. It was totally shredded within 20km of it's maiden journey. I am not happy with this product and would not recommend it.

Unhappy with the turnout of my stainless snorkel as it didn’t look like it did in the photo and now I have to cut and weld it to fit it on

Terrible service. Had to wait a month for items then received the wrong items. When I complained I didn't even get an apology. The person didbt even bother to read the email and was going to resend the wrong size again. Shocking. Eventually did speak to someone on the phone who was apologitic and helpful but the damage has been done. Won't be buying from you again.

Still have not received item ordered - one of the two packages is scanned for delivery today but the other package has been lost Interstate!! Apparently they do not know which one is lost until I tell them after I receive the one package today?? Tracking had packages due 22 July. Will keep you posted but I would highly recommend using another company.

Sent wrong item... I messaged on the website but got no reply. I ordered... 1 D7906_D7901 Dash mat For Nissan Patrol - Y62 02/2013-2017... but the dash mat I received was miles too big. Still waiting for a response...

I still haven’t received my parcel,not very happy with the courier (Aremax)as they have had my parcel at Wollongong from 6-7-21 thanks Garry

Disappointed I bought and Ironman Highlift Jack to replace a cheap Chinese one. I put the Jack on the roof rack - never used it and just driving along it’s has vibrated apart s and key parts have fallen off the rack and it’s now unusable. I have been informed that it’s not under warranty even though it’s less than 12 months old, unused and there are no spare parts for the Jack available. Neith Ironman or Outback will honour or repair the Jack.

You advertised an item which was not in stock plus I had to wait for a similar item for over 3 weeks and on top of that, I had to call and email 5 times to get the money difference refund. Very poor consumer service.

Still waiting on the order to be delivered, been chasing directly with Toll since 18/06/2021 and with Outback Equipment since 24/06/2021.... can't review a product we haven't received. Order was originally placed 04/06/2021.

Absolutely terrible. I still don’t have my item. I missed the long weekend and now the school holidays by not being able to use the Annex. Outback Equipment needs to severely look at their couriers and their customer service!

No not good service at all had to ring 3 times to get my order delivered and when Todd said he would return the money from stock you didnt have still waiting for that . As i said not good service at all .. Allan Grigo
