About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

We only stock gear we’d use ourselves. From brands like Aussie Traveller, MSA, CampBoss, BLA, Hardkorr, Superior Engineering, Tuff Terrain and Outback Explorer. With over 250 brands on our shelves and growing, we’re proud to support fellow adventurers at every stage of their journey.

Very poor service would never buy from again and would not recommend anyone else to buy from you. Was ringing about a lost parcel and the people I spoke to was not interested and was meant to call me back but didn’t.

One of the worst aftersales customer service experiences ever. It was like talking to a wall. He was uninterested and distant. Was like talking to a robot. He really needs to learn some people skills. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but I'm sure you could find out if you could be bothered to do so.

Unfortunately the threaded fittings supplied with the tank do not fit the tan!!. Prompt delivery and good quality tank.

delivery took nearly a month - lucky did not need the item in a hurry. No consultation re long delivery time. Would purchase elsewhere next time.

Items were poorly packaged arrived with damage which was mostly cosmetic. The tank had one corner dented and was no longer square. The delivery took longer then was indicated at the time of placing the order. I did not consider the damage significant enough to return and and wait weeks longer for a replacement however I would not purchase again.

After 21 days has not still arrived yet! If I knew it was going to take this long, I wouldn’t have ordered it!!

I placed an order and I have been waiting for 25 days as of today but I haven't received it yet. I was expecting the Fan to arrive 2 weeks ago, so I could fit it in my van. The tracking website is not showing any progress and the costumer service told me that I have to wait 48 hour only to find out what's the status on the order. To put it into perspective, I bought a second fan from another website and they deliver the product within a week without a problem.
