“A lovely company with great branding, easy to use website and reliable quality service. I had only one issue with some place setting cards which I think could do with a bit of work on the UX of the website. I ended up with some names and wedding dates on the back of my dinner party place settings :-)”

“Firstly, a top quality photo book and I couldn't be happier. My order got hugely delayed by Royal Mail, however Papier then printed a new batch and sent them by courier to arrive before Christmas. This is the kind of customer service that will not only have me returning but letting me know Papier at the company to use for client albums too. Superb customer service. Really really happy.”

“Lovely planner. I have organized this review using (+,*,-) = (good, fair, needs improvement) bullets. + Nice design, I chose Earth Mother 2022 planner. Bright color and unique to the other planners I have seen. + Good quality. Cover is solid, binding is strong. Pages are smooth but absorb ink well. Slight transparency but no bleed through (my preferred pen is Paper Mate Ink Joy gel), see photo for reference. + No frills. Simple design is easy on the eyes. * Does not lay flat, but it is new and may lay better with use. * Organized by monthly calendars, monthly notes, weekly calendars, important dates, contacts, note pages lined, note pages dots, note pages blank, note pages grid. My personal preference would be that the monthly and weekly calendars be grouped together. - There are no note pages between months, so I will be scribbling in the margins. If nothing else the company should add note pages between months to 1) distinguish the months 2) allow more room for creativity This is my first year using Papier. I used Beautific last year and Happy Planner the year before that. If this company adds note pages between the months I would use them again next year.”

“Disappointed and dissatisfied! The journal I ordered was not what should be expected. Soft cover journal does not close and props open at all times. Pages of the journal require strength and weight to stay open, while writing. Journal writing should be stress free, not stressful. Customer service was no help!”
