“The quality is reliable, and the designs gorgeous - though I'd love more monochrome designs, or silver embellishments, please! My orders are always exactly as I've designed them, and they are delivered promptly.”

“Hello I have been meaning to contact you as originally very happy, but I was looking through the book only for the second time and a page came out :( definitely not the quality I paid for. I looked around at nana different photo book stores and I came to Papier because I wanted a top quality book that would last a long time as this was a very special book for my dad who past away. I have now looked again and all the pages are coming loose.”

“Although more expensive than a high street diary, the quality of the product is worth the extra cash. This is my second purchase and I am sure I will use Papier again; beautiful diaries, journals and other stationery. Personalisation is a nice extra too.”

“I ordered a financial planner and wellness journal for myself, and a recipe book for my mother. We are both in love with the design and quality of Papier! I can’t wait to order personalized stationary! 😍”

“Ordered three samples of save the dates for my wedding on August 13th, when it had been ten days I emailed and was told the order had been lost, so they reordered and I was told it would be there in three days. The order ended up coming on the 28th August. Considering it was only three samples, I’m worried that if I actually order the full set of save the dates, it will take months to arrive. It’s a shame because I love the design and would want the full set, just put off by how long it took to arrive.”

“I bought an academic diary and I have to say that even though I am a huge Papier fan I am disappointed with the quality. The cover is not strong at all and isn’t going to last 2 mins in a work bag.”

“The products and service are very good. The only thing I would criticise is the editing function. I don’t find this easy to use!”

“I love the layout of the Papier planners! It's the only planner that I have used throughout an entire year instead of fizzling out. When I ordered my second Papier planner, the planner got lost in the mail. I had a great experience working with the Papier support email. My problem was resolved within 24 hours! Can't recommend mine enough!”

“I was recommended Papier from a sub on journaling when I was looking to transition out of my current monthly journal. I found that the productivity planner had most of the things that I loved about my previous journal and loved that I could have a design that spoke to me. I ordered 3 different journal types and when I received my order one was missing the personalization. I followed the directions for a faulty order on the website and received a prompt response along with an email confirming that a replacement was being sent, which was more than I was expecting. Great experience from start to finish and will have me coming back as a customer!”
