“this is my third planner from papier and i ABSOLUTELY love them every time. the academic diary is so great for my high school schedule. it’s so cute and honestly the more you fill it out the better it gets. such a cute way to remember your year. thank you pauper🤍🤍🤍🤍”

“I bought the Joy personalised academic diary last year and I was very pleased with it. I wanted to buy the same one, and personalise it the same way, but the design has changed and you can no longer edit the bottom text. It already says Papier in the back, so really there was no need for it. I was about to buy a new one for myself, and one for a friend. Unfortunately, this design change is a deal breaker for me and will now look in other brands.”

“Overall I’m not thrilled with my photobook. While the personalisation process was very easy and made the book look excellent when it came I was disappointed. I thought the front cover would be a little more sturdy and thicker however it was slightly bashed. I found the photo quality when printed not great even though they looked good in the online tool. I would say you can get much cheaper photo books for a fraction of the cost! Customer service offered me a new book due to the damage around the corners but I don’t think I’d purchase from Papier again!”

“I ordered a photo book for an 80th birthday. The quality of the book was poor, the photos were pixelated and there was a dent and black smudge on the front of the book. Insultingly I was offered 20% off instead of a refund. I will not be shopping on Papier again.”

“Wedding sign was absolutely beautiful and shipping was much faster than I anticipated! We were on an extremely tight time schedule and the sign made it on time!!! I will say there was some damage to part of the bottom of the sign but we didn’t have time to get it repaired/replaced so I didn’t report it and it wasn’t hugely distracting. Thank you Papier!”

“I was a repeat customer and reordered the same exact planner from the year before. What they don’t tell you is that there are no longer two ribbons as placeholders/bookmarks in this planner. Unsure if this is just this planner or a change to all planners. They are still using photos that show two ribbons. To some this may not affect the outcome at all but for someone with a disability who purchased the planner specifically because of this, it’s rather disappointing. And turns out I couldn’t get a refund because I barely started using it and I ordered it ahead of time to prepare for my other planner running out. Just so disappointed that they would make a change and have photos that market the two ribbons still, so confusing for customers.”

“Recently purchased a 2024-2025 academic planner in the Italian Summer design and the paper quality and binding is not the same as previous Papier products I have received. The paper is thin and rough, so I am having issues with ink bleeding through, ink transfer, and indents. The ink transferring to be almost completely legible on the previous page is most frustrating. Customer service was kind and informed me that they cannot always source paper from the same place which I understand, and I did receive a discount on the order for not being completely happy with it. However, this has made me cautious to purchase products in the future as it seems quality cannot be guaranteed across orders.”
