“Ordered three samples of save the dates for my wedding on August 13th, when it had been ten days I emailed and was told the order had been lost, so they reordered and I was told it would be there in three days. The order ended up coming on the 28th August. Considering it was only three samples, I’m worried that if I actually order the full set of save the dates, it will take months to arrive. It’s a shame because I love the design and would want the full set, just put off by how long it took to arrive.”

“I bought an academic diary and I have to say that even though I am a huge Papier fan I am disappointed with the quality. The cover is not strong at all and isn’t going to last 2 mins in a work bag.”

“I love the layout of the Papier planners! It's the only planner that I have used throughout an entire year instead of fizzling out. When I ordered my second Papier planner, the planner got lost in the mail. I had a great experience working with the Papier support email. My problem was resolved within 24 hours! Can't recommend mine enough!”

“I was recommended Papier from a sub on journaling when I was looking to transition out of my current monthly journal. I found that the productivity planner had most of the things that I loved about my previous journal and loved that I could have a design that spoke to me. I ordered 3 different journal types and when I received my order one was missing the personalization. I followed the directions for a faulty order on the website and received a prompt response along with an email confirming that a replacement was being sent, which was more than I was expecting. Great experience from start to finish and will have me coming back as a customer!”

“Absolutely love the planner, it's got the perfect layout for work and it's pretty and I love that you can customize it. It arrived beautifully wrapped as well. But the very first day I brought it to work, when I pulled it out of my bag the front cover was peeling. I hadn't even written anything in it yet and the front already looked worn and tattered. Very disappointed with how easily that happened.”

“cover printed with stock text AND my text, wasn't visible in the mockup, and to fix it they wanted me to send back the customized notebook (at my expense). not throwing good money after bad, the covers are very low quality and thin”

“The quality and aesthetic are very good in regards to stationery. The shipping and detail updates could be better with more consistent live updates. My package has come 4 days late, and there were very little updates that reflected its live status for me to plan accordingly for my semester appropriately.”
