“I bought my sister a personalised note book for her (over 60th) birthday. She is hard to buy for as has everything she needs and means to buy anything she doesn't need. She was genuinely delighted with the quality, design and personalised note book.”

“Gorgeous design of my academic planner, but all of the pages are out of order! The organisation makes no sense, some of the months are in the wrong place, so I've ended up just putting sticky notes in it in order to find what I need. Maybe the chaos suits me, but can't say I'm not upset, having waited for a year to get it only to find out that it is much harder to use than I expected without somehow rearranging the pages myself.”

“Terrible! Lovely product which was due to arrive on 14th August for my father-in-laws 80th birthday party, didn't arrive until 23rd August, 6 days after the party so completely useless. I would like a full refund. Tom”

“I had a great experience with papier - the product i received was perfect and more than i could've hoped for! It was exactly what I wanted and the customer support page was extremely helpful - they sent me a new planner rush order when my first order didn't ship correctly. “Papier's packaging, paper quality and attention to detail is amazing. I loved everythign about my new diary and was very excited to use it! I love a good branding and Papier is doing it well. My friend also got one from my reccommendation and she loves a good notebook too! PS. My cats also approved of the packaging!”

“I really liked the style of notecards but the border was uneven on the printed version. I contacted customer service and they sent me new cards, but they had the same issue of an uneven border. They don't look particularly professional and I'm not sure if I'll be able to use them--this has been a frustrating process. I imagine other notecard designs might be better, but I don't think this design should be offered if it can't be reliably produced.”

“I love the quality of Papier's academic planner, but there were some features lost between last year's academic planner and this year's academic planner--there's no longer a recipe section or a finance tracker that I found helpful and there's now only one bookmark. These are small things but they make the product less impressive.”

“I ordered place settings for my wedding to save writing them by hand, I picked the style I wanted and the process for filling in all the names was super easy and paid for them and they arrived 5 days later and kept informed of the process right throughout, when they arrived I was really happy and would buy again from here and thoroughly recommend.”

“I have been anticipating purchasing a Papier planner for several months now, and was thrilled to finally purchase it with a 15% off code. I was not disappointed when I received the planner, complete with personalization exceeding my expectations. My only complaint was that the pages of the planner were slightly thinner than I was expecting, however I tested my daily use pens, and was happy to find that none bled through despite the thinness. Overall, very pleased!”
