“Notebooks are very beautiful, well made and quality of paper are great. Cheerful covers make my days happy. But unfortunately ballpoint pens are junk. They are beautiful and stylish though, ink is clogged up after I used those for less than a month. Sad.”

“This was my second purchase from Papier. I love that their diaries can be customized. But the quality isn’t perfect. The pen I ordered didn’t write smoothly, and the binding on my journal is crooked, so the pages stick out farther than the cover.”

“I was excited when I saw your collection, such a big choice and beautiful designs for the special occasion of two of my granddaughters starting university. A very useful gift, they both loved them. I never saw them as they went straight to their home. I wish I could have occasion to buy one for myself, but I will keep them in mind.”

“I used Papier for a Wedding Celebration, and ordered, the menus, the place settings, table layout board and the guest book. I found the website to be very easy to use for personalising and the quality excellent when received. The customer service team are very helpful too.”

“I ordered our wedding invitations are only noticed on arrival a very silly spelling error by myself. Melissa was quick to respond to my query and corrected this for me with Papier credit. Extraordinary costumer service. Buying myself a new diary from they website to celebrate!”

“Although I like their stationary - the photobook wasn't great. Sorry. The photographic prints looked unlike the originals. I'm a photographer, so bound to be too fussy but just saying, I prefer other high st brands if I'm not going pro.”

“Do not use. We ordered wedding invitations and the sample we received looked great but when the actual invitations came they did not print the border box correctly look at these photos and you can see the top line of all the invitations is basically cut off, so disappointed - making it worse when I reached out they offered 20% off? Why would I want that on invitations I’ll not going to use terrible customer service- AVOID”

“Everything I ordered (invites, guest book and place cards) was really lovely and beautiful. I had an issue with my place cards and papier was really good at resolving this issue. Unfortunately, everything I ordered (in total about 7 orders) from May through August was delayed due to “unforeseen circumstances “. I would understand if papier gave longer times for their products to be made but there were occasions I paid for faster delivery and still everything came late. These delays made it quite stressful when sending invites out as I ended up sending them out a couple weeks later than planned. I ordered the place cards and guestbook allowing for “unforeseen” delays, which there were. I originally wanted to get a table plan and other signage through papier but I didn’t want the stress of not knowing when things would arrive so I went with vistaprint instead - who delivered two days earlier than they said. I still have thank you cards to get, but I don’t want to be further delayed when trying to do something for the wedding so I will probably go elsewhere for these too.”
