“Papier makes a high-quality product, no question. This is my second year ordering a planner. Sadly, my order got lost in shipping. I contacted Papier and was blown away by their customer service. They responded to my request within a few hours. They replaced the product and shipped it out immediately at no additional cost to me. I was beyond impressed.”

“The paper used to print the thank you cards that I ordered is thick cardstock and very professional-looking. The colors used on the design of the cards are vibrant and visually appealing. And the cards were delivered more quickly than suggested by the website. I would definitely order from Papier again. Top quality products and fast delivery.”

“I’m kind of disappointed that the foil on my new planner has already rubbed off with minimal use. The foil designs cost more but do not hold up at all. Wish I would’ve known this before I ordered it.”

“I have purchased a few planners from Papier. They are beautiful and well made. My only issue is the shipping packaging. My recent planner was barely contained in the cardboard sleeve. And it was raining so it did get wet.”

“I liked the design and the company were good in that it came promptly etc. However I was a bit disappointed by the quality as the cover just feels like a thin card and is very flexible rather than stiff so I'm not sure it will last the year.”
