“From the design process to the final product, Papier was the BEST! And I comparison shopped. The quality and the ability to customize our invitations was fantastic, and the end result was STUNNING! We have gotten so many compliments on our invitations. And the customer service and quick response to questions made me feel like I was valued. Thank you to everyone at Papier!”

“I love the design and the page options in the planner, but I wish it was organized by month instead of by page type - I will have to be flipping back and forth all year. It doesnt make much sense to be to be organized this way.”

“I have been a customer for over five years now and have historically been satisfied with the products and service at Papier. However, I have now placed two orders in the past six months that never arrived to me. I’ve been disappointed by the lack of customer service and the hassle of trying to get a refund for the items I never received. I’m afraid I would not recommend this site or company after my experience.”

“I love how this planner is set up. Having ample space for each day is invaluable. Love how you can personalize the front, and the new weekly/monthly trackers. This is my 3rd Papier planner, and I'll continue to get one every year--they help me stay so organized.”

“I ordered a 2024 diary (my second diary now) and it came with quite a few marks on it. I spoke to Papier through the online chat and I was offered a new diary straight away after they saw the photos I had sent them. The service was amazing and very easy. I will be ordering another diary next year for 2025. Thank you.”

“Papier have been my go to for the past few years! Beautiful journals, as always. I bought a pack of stickers to go with my newest journals, they are pricey but look fantastic (I just wish you got more for your money!)”

“I've used Papier before with work so when it came to my wedding invitations I knew I wanted to go with them! Always high quality and seamless service. The customisable online system is so easy to use and I appreciated being able to receive a free sample before making my decision. The only thing that slightly confused me is the option to choose a number of 'sides' because 'x1 side' for my design actually meant front and back (which to me would be x2 sides)... they were referring to the 2nd side as being additional information but I worked it out in the end!”

“Can’t write a review until I receive the product that was ordered on 01/15/2024 and as of 02/04/2024 it still has not arrived - o as of right now their shipping time is not reliable on their promise”

“Very expensive + expensive shipping, site would not let me customize return address on envelopes - expected a high quality, but my stationary arrived faded, off center & poorly printed. I would not order again.”

“Amazing quality, speedy delivery and the range of designs is superb. We ordered a personalised sample first to confirm it was what we wanted which I think is such a nice touch. We are ordering all of our wedding stationary via you plus I will be buying notecards etc throughout the year for friends and family.”

“Favorite journal(s) I've ever had. Lines aren't too dark so the writings easy to see. Perfect quality (I bring it everywhere with me and can truly just throw it in my bag). Cute and convenient bookmark ribbon thing, customizable!!, AND great prices, especially for the quality. Lovely customer service too. Ty Papier”

“I’m usually really impressed with Papier items I’ve ordered but unfortunately this photo book disappointed me. For the high price I expected it to be flawless and great quality but the photos (which I uploaded that were high res) seem fuzzy and bad quality in the book. It’s an average book that I could have ordered elsewhere for less than half the price so I’d suggest others do so. I ordered this thinking it would be more special and better quality for a gift but sadly it wasn’t.”
