“I am still waiting to receive my order nearly 2 weeks after I was supposed to receive it. I was told by Papier support that they were not able to offer any discount for this inconvenience, except refunding my shipping fee. This has been incredibly frustrating and has delayed my timeline of getting my cards to my wedding guests. I would not recommend using Papier.”

“I LOVE my new planner. I love how much space I have to plan out each individual day as well as each week. I’m so glad I chose the undated one so I can get the most use out of it! Will definitely be buying more in the future to stay organized!”

“I have made a few purchases with Papier and I am overall happy with the quality. However, I recently purchased a photo book and was disappointed with the quality of the images. When creating the book online, the picture quality appeared to be clear and I never received a notice about poor quality, but the images turned out to be either blurry or saturated.”

“I ordered a gift for a friend and was really disappointed. There was no stock or a print issue so it had to come from somewhere else. It took so long to arrive and was well after her birthday. All I got was my postage refunded which isn’t good enough.”

“We ordered a large board for table names which cost £80 and it arrived with a chip on the top corner, which was quite obvious. I will send through a photo as it would be good to get some compensation on this. We couldn’t order another one due to delivery time.”

“I still haven't received my order. I am tracking with the Post Office. The USPS says it pre-shipment -shipping label created in Braintree, MA on Feb 1, 6:55 am. I am frustrated.”

“My package got delivered to a random pick up point. It was supposed to be a surprise gift. I was out of the country so couldn’t get it. I was extremely upset and disappoint and still haven’t received a refund”

“Really like the diary but it was meant to be yellow and its lime green. I got yellow as this is the main colour of my companys branding so i was dissapointed. However I would order again as the quality is great, just need to advertise the colour correctly.”
