“The planner is fantastic, I love the quality of the paper and then personalisation level. I wish some small sticker were included and the Monthly summary would be at the start of the month rather than grouped together. The deviders unfortunetly are the ones that reduced the rating, they are made of paper and as you can imagine by moving them around to the day/week that you need they break, also if you carry the planner in your bag, the corners break easily. For £12 they should have made from plastic.”

“I had initially ordered a journal to be used for notetaking at a business conference, and had customized it to have the title of the event on it. Unfortunately, the initial product was damaged in transit and I did not receive it. I then reached out to customer support, and received and immediate response from a member their team (who was extremely gracious and kind). The support team member sent me a link to re-customize my journal, and I recieved my product within the next week. I am extremely happy with both the quality of my product and the level of support I received through this process. I absolutely would purchase from you folks again!”

“While we have LOVED the stationary and notecards we've ordered in the past, we were very unimpressed this time around. The papers arrived slightly crunched and the printing wasn't as clear and sharp as it has been before. Also, to spend so much and to not even be provided a box for your stationary is a bit ridiculous.”

“Excellent Customer Service! Royal Mail never delivered my order, intended as a gift. After reporting this to the Papier team, they immediately dispatched a replacement and waived my delivery fee. The quality of their products is excellent as well. Cannot recommend enough”

“I am still waiting to receive my order nearly 2 weeks after I was supposed to receive it. I was told by Papier support that they were not able to offer any discount for this inconvenience, except refunding my shipping fee. This has been incredibly frustrating and has delayed my timeline of getting my cards to my wedding guests. I would not recommend using Papier.”

“I have made a few purchases with Papier and I am overall happy with the quality. However, I recently purchased a photo book and was disappointed with the quality of the images. When creating the book online, the picture quality appeared to be clear and I never received a notice about poor quality, but the images turned out to be either blurry or saturated.”
