My package got delivered to a random pick up point. It was supposed to be a surprise gift. I was out of the country so couldn’t get it. I was extremely upset and disappoint and still haven’t received a refund

Really like the diary but it was meant to be yellow and its lime green. I got yellow as this is the main colour of my companys branding so i was dissapointed. However I would order again as the quality is great, just need to advertise the colour correctly.

Beautiful planner!! Although I wish that the monthly calendar came right before the weekly overview, it's a simple and clean planner layout. I also love the extra pages at the end! Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but perhaps it was for the customization?

Was very unclear that the photo book I ordered needs me to write my own text. I ended up with the default text on the front of the book which was a sample name and therefore completely wrong. Poorly explained.

Unfortunately the personalised design came off centre, so I emailed to try and resolve the issue. I was advised in a polite way that essentially it was my fault as it looked like that in the preview. I pointer out the editing options are limited, I added my name and selected the option to center the design and if that's not centred the design, it's the fault of how the website and personalisation works. I was advised I could return the diary and order the same design again and correcting the centering issue, this would have cost me extra on return postage, plus postage on the reordering as they were only offering credit for the same design, not cost of postage or returns. I checked the website again and found that there was no way to have any of the text centered on this design, I tried a few different ways and brought this issue back via email again. The lady I emailed then tried to rectify the design herself and sent me a preview, and while it was an improvement, it still wasn't centred. I was then offered a 20% refund, which I finally accepted as the back and forth was getting frustrating and clearly they can't rectify the issue with centering text. Overall I felt like the whole issue was badly dealt with, from essentially telling me I was at fault for it being off centre, to expecting me to pay our for return postage and postage to reorder. Then being unable to rectify the issue when trying to fix it through their own staff. Honestly I don't think a 20% refund is all that good when they seem to specialise in personalised items. Had I been able to return the item for free and been offered a full refund I would have taken that option, but it seems ridiculous to pay to return a faulty item. I won't be using them again.

The notebook I purchased arrived in the most beautiful packaging which was great as it was a gift, and the quality of the book was amazing. It looked exactly like it did online, the personalisation added an extra touch and the paper was great quality. I will definitly be purchasing again.

I love the layout of the yearly planner, but I wish the internal sections were customizable as well - for example, I like the layout of sections included in other planner formats, but had to compromise on which ones I could have. Additionally, the cost of the planner has gone up, but the paper is thinner.

I ordered notecards, 50 of them, they sent them to me without the envelopes. They rectified the problem by sending me 20 envelopes. So now I’m stuck with 30 notecards with no envelopes. Oh, and the inside of the envelopes didn’t even match the notecards.. They exhibit zero attention to detail. Very very disappointed!

I did love the invitations, however most of them had a snag/mark on the gold foil. I was still able to use them but I was disappointed over half of them were imperfect. It looks like something with the machine messed up since it’s on the same spot on the invitations.

The quality of the paper alone, once I filled out one I knew I was hooked. Now, they are the only journals I use for my many subjects. I love the way they feel exactly like a real book would, and I enjoy personalizing them so that they are mine and only mine for years to come and subjects to explore.

Beautiful, quality wedding stationary. The customer service is also excellent. We also ordered a sign for our wedding which arrived damaged and the customer service team was quick to resolve the issue for us. Highly recommended.

I love all of my papier products. They are great to add personalization to your everyday organization and also make great gifts. They have so many different styles and varieties to choose from. There customer service was great as well! My only complaint is that the shipping did take a while on a few of my products.
