“I was so excited about ordering such a cute planner. Unfortunately I was sent a damaged planner. The post office did not damage the planner since Papier packed and presented it so well. Also I had my name added to the cover and you can’t even and you can barely see it. The writing is so small.”

As the title is as wide and the text box, part of the left side is lost in the crease of the spine, which exaggerates the centralisation of the title. “We ordered our wedding invitations and stationery from Papier and were really impressed with the quality and value for money. I also have to say a special thanks to their customer service representative Sian who provided absolutely first class customer service. There were a few issues with the order which were mostly my fault, Sian was exceptionally polite and helpful and went above and beyond to get things resolved despite the error being on my part. I wouldn't hesitate to use Papier again or to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Sian for all your help!”

“Table plan, place cards and table name cards were all beautifully printed and great quality. There are cheaper options on the market but I love the design I chose, which wasn’t available elsewhere, and the quality was really good. Also had excellent online support, and they were able to provide a different template for the table configuration to suit our wedding.”

“I've bought a series of personalised cards as stocking-fillers. Lovely quality. Just a shame they're just wrapped in tissue paper not a pretty envelope. They're expensive enough without paying more for gift boxes.”

“Not very impressed with the quality of shipping provided by papier. The save the dates we ordered were jammed into a small box. Due to the small box we received all of the envelopes bent. I also noticed how off centered two of the lines were, even when using the center tool. I should have caught this while editing but it was more noticeable when we received the save the dates in person. For the price I really expected better quality and better shipping.”

“Really pleased with the photo album and card. It meant so much to my wife on our 10th Wedding Anniversary. The many options to edit the layout and add captions to the pages made the album so well appreciated. Will definitely buy from Papier again, as fantastic experience.”
