“Service I received when I was confused about discounts etc online and then when I missed the deadline but was given a code anyway was brilliant! Wasn't expecting such prompt and helpful service. Also the planner designs are just beautiful. Tried looking elsewhere for some of similar retro design and couldn't find!”

“I had some shipping issues with my order but i was dealing with Olivia and she was super helpful! She ensured me that my order was coming and was very kind. She offered me a refund of shipping because my order was over the estimated time of delivery which was very lovely. I received my order today and i cannot wait to use it.”

“1) I've had excellent customer service. I had a problem (purely my own fault) and after explaining the issue they resolved it swiftly without making me feel bad. 2) The quality of paper is superb and after receiving my first own journal and seeing the quality I decided to but again for a Christmas present to a friend and a pens. 3) I initially thought the pens were a little expensive (I usually buy a cheap popular biro for day to day use) but when I received the pen the calibre of the quality was excellent and well worth the money. I then decided to buy another and treat myself to a "special" pen 4) Safe delivery by tracked post So my initial journal delivery and the excellent customer service encouraged me to make multiple purchases”

“So here’s the thing. My planner is beautiful it’s one of my favorite colors has my initials and it has bees and I love them too. I paid $73 for this planner and I couldn’t get tracking for it? Luckily I had something else ship out from the same location at the same time that included tracking so I was able to guess around what time I would receive it. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company and I’m just not thrilled with shipping. The product is always amazing but I should be able to track my product if I’m paying $20 shipping for one item. Last time I ordered it within the “get it before Christmas window” and it showed up well after Christmas.”
