“I am not very often impressed to this level by a company but I can honestly say the whole process was amazing. from the reasonable pricing, using the website and creating my order to how efficient delivery was. Then when I realized I had made an error, they answered my email straight away and gave me the chance to cancel/amend. Most amazingly of all I missed the time window to do that so the item was dispatched, but they still gave me back all the money back in credit to reorder anyway....seriously blown away :-)”

“Service I received when I was confused about discounts etc online and then when I missed the deadline but was given a code anyway was brilliant! Wasn't expecting such prompt and helpful service. Also the planner designs are just beautiful. Tried looking elsewhere for some of similar retro design and couldn't find!”
