“We ordered our wedding invitations and stationery from Papier and were really impressed with the quality and value for money. I also have to say a special thanks to their customer service representative Sian who provided absolutely first class customer service. There were a few issues with the order which were mostly my fault, Sian was exceptionally polite and helpful and went above and beyond to get things resolved despite the error being on my part. I wouldn't hesitate to use Papier again or to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Sian for all your help!”

“Table plan, place cards and table name cards were all beautifully printed and great quality. There are cheaper options on the market but I love the design I chose, which wasn’t available elsewhere, and the quality was really good. Also had excellent online support, and they were able to provide a different template for the table configuration to suit our wedding.”

“We were really impressed with the photo books quality and range of options to display images within the book. I was surprised with the file size storage of images as well which helped me to store and present many images in a simplified way.”

“I've bought a series of personalised cards as stocking-fillers. Lovely quality. Just a shame they're just wrapped in tissue paper not a pretty envelope. They're expensive enough without paying more for gift boxes.”

“Not very impressed with the quality of shipping provided by papier. The save the dates we ordered were jammed into a small box. Due to the small box we received all of the envelopes bent. I also noticed how off centered two of the lines were, even when using the center tool. I should have caught this while editing but it was more noticeable when we received the save the dates in person. For the price I really expected better quality and better shipping.”

“Really pleased with the photo album and card. It meant so much to my wife on our 10th Wedding Anniversary. The many options to edit the layout and add captions to the pages made the album so well appreciated. Will definitely buy from Papier again, as fantastic experience.”

“Outstanding customer service! Honestly the best I’ve had. I had an issue with my delivery, I sent an email and received an instant reply, the issue was corrected straight away and a replacement sent out via express delivery. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Feel compelled to leave a review here as I approach my 8th order with Papier. I was always impressed with the value for money, speed of delivery, and user friendly website, but it wasn’t until 2 weeks ago on my latest order I had a slight issue with one of the books I had ordered and was required to reach out to the Papier team. I was blown away not only at the speed of their reply, but I was helped by someone called Ellen who was pragmatic and solutions based - I couldn’t believe the email when I woke up the next day. Incredible service that is almost impossible to come by these days. The papier team should be commended!”

“Just received my new diary and delighted to see that the format has reverted back to a previous style, without the monthly review pages between each month, which was very clumsy with lots of duplication. This years style is so much better. Thank you Papier - I love it.”
