“This is specifically for the ACADEMIC planner. Overall, this planner is just fine. I really wanted a planner that would be fountain paper friendly and this was okay with some inks but not most. However, I am not including that in my rating - just want people to know. My major complaints are that the monthly breakdowns are not placed in between the changing months and that the weekly spread is too narrow. The monthly breakdowns are housed at the front of the planner. I find this layout very inconvenient. The weekly layout is just way too narrow for me, as is the 'to do list'. I can hardly write anything in that small space. Just not the right layout for me personally.”

Hi there - thanks for your review! I’m so sorry to hear you don’t like the setup of the 2022 diary! We originally developed our 2021 diaries in a different format due to consistent customer feedback on our 2020 diaries, asking for a clearer ‘month end’ setup in 2021 whereby months not finishing on a Sunday have the rest of the week on either side of the lists page, to allow for easier planning and simpler continuation month on month. Previously, our customers found that events in the second half of a week which fell over the end of the month were getting lost on later pages (after the list page), hence us making this change. The new setup gives you the option to plan your events and days either on the end of month week, or start of month week depending on your preference, and you can simply cross off whichever set you prefer not to use. However, following further feedback from customers regarding issues with this new format, we have reverted back to our original setup for our 2022 diaries. “I have used Papier the past 3 years for my yearly planners and I have never been disappointed! Quality, Durability and Design have been second to none! I ordered my 2022 planner which had a few minor issues and customer care were very prompt and helpful! You can tell this brand cares a lot for their customers. I can't imagine my year without a Papier planner now! Never going back, what you call a real treat :)”

“There was a slight issue with my custom planner BUT the customer service was EXCELLENT. Sian was so helpful and was able to print me a replacement planner with the correct customization within 24 hours of the original shipment arriving. The quality of these planners is amazing - I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY HIGHLY ENOUGH.”
