“I have been getting ads for Papier for ages and when I finally needed some new journals I decided to give it a go as the designs were really eye catching and nothing I could find on the high street compared. I liked that you could customise the notebooks with your name for no additional cost as personalisation is something I probably wouldn't have done if it weren't included in the price but I really like the way the books look with my name on. It looks really professional and makes them look more luxurious. The books are good quality, I was worried that the paper wouldn't be up to my usual standards as I couldn't touch or feel the paper or the books before ordering, but they arrived and they exactly what I wanted. The pages are thick and high quality, the hardback covers are just what I wanted and the designs are just as striking in real life as they looked on the site. They arrived relatively quickly given that they are customised so I still am yet to crack their spines as I haven't filled my last book yet as they came so quickly.”

“Great selection of cards and easy to personalise. Love the fact you can include coloured envelope interiors. The cards arrived earlier than expected and beautifully wrapped/presented. The paper card quality was very good and personalisation crisp and sharp on the cards and envelopes. Very happy and will order again next Christmas”

“I ordered the Papier pen and was incredibly disappointed when it arrived as the ink flow was really inconsistent making for a very frustrating experience. I contacted the customer service team and provided examples however I was told that the pen was not faulty and that sending a replacement would not yield a different result. They informed me that I was welcome to return the product for a refund but that I was have to cover the postage costs. This pen falls well below the standard expected especially considering the price and according to Papier themselves, it wasn’t a “fault” with my pen but a flaw in the pens design.”
