“What a fabulous firm I made a mistake and ordered a planner instead of a diary I wrote and explained and within a couple of hours Sophia had answered me and told me she would send a diary free of charge and what’s more I could keep the planner Thank you so much Sophia ,what a lovely jesters as it was my mistake not theirs Thank you once again Sophia”

“The 16-week daily planner is working out perfectly for my needs. Love the weekly shopping list and meal planner! Plus, the goals pages are very thoughtfully laid out to give one ample time to reflect. The notes pages in the back are also great! Love it!”

“I ordered a photo book from Papier as a gift and when it arrived there was a slight problem with it. I contacted the team and they immediately sent a new order to me, it's now arrived and is absolutely perfect! It looks gorgeous and so professional. Would like to give a shoutout to Sian and the rest of the tech team for sorting out my issue so quickly! Was an incredible service and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Have used Papier for a good few years and created about 4 phonebooks, along with diaries for the last 2 years. They were always good and reliable. But lately I have been unable to access designs I am working on - I have had to delete several and start again. I once again cannot access my latest design, even though I can access old ones that are 3 times the size which I created a year ago. Sadly have to look for a new phonebook supplier as I have wasted hours creating books that I cannot ever print. A real shame. Tread carefully with using them as an option to create phonebooks. Great for everything else.”

“Received my lovely personalised diary. It was damaged in the post. I contacted Papier and sent photos. They replied to me the next day. They apologized which was not their fault and offered a replacement. What more do you want. Great care and attention. Will order again as best diaries.”

“Considering I paid extra to get the quick delivery and it still took a week, I wouldnt do that again. However, when it did arrive, the product was wrapped beautifully and the quality is super. Id certainly recommend and order again, but make sure youre not in a rush!”

“I ordered a card with a photo on it. The photograph was the right way up in my order, and set to scale. When the card arrived the photograph had been turned 90 degrees and stretched - it looks terrible. I will be seeking a refund.”

“Stunning diary. I can’t wait to start using it, the features are fantastic - I love how it starts in December too. The personalisation is so unique, it’s worth the extra money for the foiling as it’s simply stunning. Delivery was on time, I like how they offered the breakdown, due to the personalisation it took a few more days to process the order - but it was worth the wait. Will be buying so much more from Papier in the future. Thank you x”

“Bought my first productivity planner from papier about 3 months ago and I was absolutely blown away by the quality of both the paper, hardcover, and ribbon. Since I am almost done with my planner I decided to purchase another one ahead of time just so I have it in hand. I cannot express how disappointed I am at the quality change between the 1st planner and the one I have just recieved. The paper is now much more thinner and the ink bleeds through the paper. The paper is not as smooth and thick as the previous ones as well. The ribbon now is less silky and much more course to the feel. Overall , the quality of the new planner feels relatively cheap despite no price difference. Really disappointed in papier this time around, Please bring back the original quality. (planner from 2months ago above) (new planner on bottom of pic)”

“Absolutely amazing customer service, I made a slight error on a customised diary, I contacted customer service via WhatsApp and they attended to me at me 9:30pm and was able to find me a solution to enquiry. I am so pleased. Thank you”
