I ordered a custom journal, as it’s my outlet in which the steam of the day simmers into the pages I write in. It turned out more beautiful than I expected! Treat yourself if you love writing or know someone who does.

First 2022 datebook not as appeared in catalog, but was personalized so I don’t feel like I can send it back. Second try was perfect and just whaat I wanted. Not sure if I will order again.

We ordered a green for the inside of the envelope but we got a message that the colour wasn’t available and before we could decide if we wanted another colour, they moved forward using plain white. Package arrived much earlier then expected so wondered if paying the extra for delivery early was even necessary. And then four of the holiday postcards were damaged in the corner - the sloppy packaging of the cards did surprise me and made sense there were a few banged up but if we wanted new ones, we had to take pictures and send back so still have to do that. But we love the postcards and the quality of the cards are awonderful.

Quality of the planners is disappointing. Looks much cheaper in person. Paper is super thin, so much so that when you open the planner you can literally see the outline of the next page. Not very practical. I got this item personalised as a Christmas gift but it was no way near the quality I was expecting for the price. While I am happy I was able to return it for a refund, the customer service team refused to reimburse me for the return shipping costs. I'm out £9 for the pleasure of returning a gift that wasn't fit for purpose. Wouldn't recommend.

Having used papier for photo books in the past, I used it to make a photo album for my dad’s upcoming 70th. The album arrived with about 20% of the photos rotated and stretched. When I reached out to customer support to have the issue resolved, they told me it was an external problem out of their control and only offered me a refund not a solution. I went back to them a few times trying to suggest another resolution i.e. if someone could fix it manually for me, if they could help me find another printer so I wouldn’t have to start from scratch. There was absolutely no customer support in this regard - it was like talking to a brick wall. I had spent roughly 10 hours preparing the photo book. I’ve since had to use another company to prepare a replacement, spending a significant amount of time to do so. I found this experience very disappointing, and won’t be using this company again. I’m still seeking a refund.

I had an issue with an accent on one of my letters in my name and Monique was incredibly helpful! She insisted I got what I wanted and reordered the journal book for me giving me a credit note to make things easier. I was happy with the outcome and my name was completely correct. Thank you Monique for your help, I really appreciated the dedication to making me happy with my purchase.

What a fabulous firm I made a mistake and ordered a planner instead of a diary I wrote and explained and within a couple of hours Sophia had answered me and told me she would send a diary free of charge and what’s more I could keep the planner Thank you so much Sophia ,what a lovely jesters as it was my mistake not theirs Thank you once again Sophia

The 16-week daily planner is working out perfectly for my needs. Love the weekly shopping list and meal planner! Plus, the goals pages are very thoughtfully laid out to give one ample time to reflect. The notes pages in the back are also great! Love it!

I ordered a photo book from Papier as a gift and when it arrived there was a slight problem with it. I contacted the team and they immediately sent a new order to me, it's now arrived and is absolutely perfect! It looks gorgeous and so professional. Have used Papier for a good few years and created about 4 phonebooks, along with diaries for the last 2 years. They were always good and reliable. But lately I have been unable to access designs I am working on - I have had to delete several and start again. I once again cannot access my latest design, even though I can access old ones that are 3 times the size which I created a year ago. Sadly have to look for a new phonebook supplier as I have wasted hours creating books that I cannot ever print. A real shame. Tread carefully with using them as an option to create phonebooks. Great for everything else.

Received my lovely personalised diary. It was damaged in the post. I contacted Papier and sent photos. They replied to me the next day. They apologized which was not their fault and offered a replacement. What more do you want. Great care and attention. Will order again as best diaries.

Considering I paid extra to get the quick delivery and it still took a week, I wouldnt do that again. However, when it did arrive, the product was wrapped beautifully and the quality is super. Id certainly recommend and order again, but make sure youre not in a rush!
