“2024 Spiral Planner: I love the planner design and layout/sections...that's all just about perfect. Unfortunately the paper is SO thin it is unusable for me due to my pen preferences. Would be great for someone who writes in pencil or perhaps a light ballpoint.”

“A lot of cute designs but still have a lot more improvement needed. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of this planner. 1st- The cover for this planner is thin and it is paper so it can easily be ripped/folded. It is a yearly planner, I expected it to be hard thick-covered, or laminated. 2nd- minor issues but no attention to detail for the cut of the edge of the notebook. I wouldn’t be disappointed but It is not worth the price I paid for.”

“I made two orders recently for a total of 5 items. Out of the 5 items 3 had issues. The most recent order had another journal where the top cover is flush with the pages. It changes the way the journal opens and just doesn’t feel right. I’m surprised at the lack of quality control. I love the patterns, variety and paper quality, but it’s been very frustrating having so many faulty items. Papier replaced one item for me and refunded some money on the second item. I’m writing this in place of complaining about the third item. It gets old having to write to customer service. “The paper quality is not good for the price $40. You can find another band that is cheaper and better. It’s cute but that’s it. I use for my first bullet journal and feel very disappointed. The ink always gets through to the back page when writing down.”

“A Very Happy Ending! I ordered a personalized recipe notebook for a Christmas present. Despite reaching out to Papier ahead of time and was guided as to the font size before ordering, the end product was illegible. Papier was so amazing with a perfect resolution and timely so Christmas was a success story! Just Caution anyone using the fancy script fonts that they do not print large enough in real life! Thank you Papier!!”

“I journal everyday, and ever since I was given my first Papier wellness journal, no other will do. I love the format of the daily pages and the prompts for goals and reflections. Plus I’ve never found such an array of gorgeous covers. I will keep on buying from Papier, as they’re the best stationary around!”
