I love using papier journals and have for 2 years now. Excellent quality binding covers and paper. Only issue is not even a years worth of pages in one book and they are quite expensive

I ordered a personalised leather notebook over a week before Christmas with expected delivery on the 22nd December, only to receive an email from Papier on the 22nd December (today) noting that the leather notebook I had ordered was out of stock and my order had been cancelled. The fact that this information has only been shared on the expected day of delivery and t-minus 2.5 days to Christmas (imagine preparing additional stock for Christmas!) is incredibly disappointing. The offer of a discount for my next order is pointless given the gift was intended for Christmas and orders now won't be delivered in time, so I now have to accept I will be one gift down. Having made my order last week, there being no sign of low stock noted on the website (a free suggestion for the website team to work on and claim as an enhancement made in 2024?), and communication to be made on delivery date, I am incredibly disappointed with Papier.

My fiancee and I were very happy, not just with the final product we received but how quick they dispatched our order, and I appreciated the built in QR code generator. Most importantly though, the design came out really nice and seems really nice quality all round.

The planner is absolutely beautiful, and the customer service is amazing. There was a slight issue with the order, and they were very quick to reply and accommodate! Very positive experience overall and would recommend!!

Ordered on 20th Dec on a 24 hour express delivery, so it would arrive before Christmas. The website said the last express delivery was 22nd so felt I had enough time. When I received my confirmation it stated it would not come until the 27th despite the express delivery. I contacted customer service and was told if I wanted it by the 23rd I would need to pay over £10 for express delivery. I explained I had shouldn’t need Saturday delivery as I had order on Wednesday on 24 hour delivery so it should have come at the latest on Friday. I was told if I didn’t pay it I wouldn’t receive it. I cancelled the order, very disappointed with the service.

Envelopes are incredibly see-through. If privacy for your personal photos and messages are important to you, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Pretty awful really as the caption on the card had been cropped and therefore making the card and its sentiment pointless and unusable

the address was wrong on my order, my fault yes, but it wasn't caught by Papier and I was not given a single update to say the order had been cancelled. I have used Papier many times but I am very dissatisfied this year, and a gift down for my partner

Delivered promptly, however I’ll say not worth it unless you get the hard cover. My cover came off in less than a month, disappointed considering the cost. The spirals that keep the planner together also aren’t the greatest quality.

I am not happy with what I received for the amount it cost. No foil edged page option. Could not have it without monogrammed. Only one bookmark. Not an interesting choice of colours. Supposedly was leather but did not appear to be. Unhelpful customer services. Would not buy again. Extremely bad value.

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your order! All of our leather diaries have an upcycled leather cover with hot pressed foil details, although you can remove the monogram if you choose. Ordered a personalized planner for 2024 and the design on the front and back of the planner isn't centered. I'm a stickler for details so this was a huge bummer. Oh, they also want you to get the personalized planner so you cant do a return if there is an issue with the product.
