“absolutely dreadful - would never use again. Made an order of two books to arrive in time for Christmas. Only one book sent - no real apology or offer to compensate and the new delivery date 4th Jan. Useless!”

“I bought a personalised recipe journal for my niece and was very pleased with the quality of the print, the design and user-friendliness of the journal (spiral bound) and the speed with which it was delivered, thank you. She absolutely loved it! I also appreciated being able to play with the design in my own time online and create a personalised version that I was happy with before proceeding with the print. It arrived really nicely packaged and was a beautiful gift. If there were any negative feedback, I'd say the printed templates inside the journal were a little old-fashioned but that's it. It was a great present and I'd definitely be happy to use the service again. Thank you.”

“The designs Papier has to offer are great and they have excellent customer feedback. Unfortunately the product I received did not live up to what it looked like online. The colors were faded and the pages were transparent.”

“The shipping took a while (due to a delay), which was ok. However I have to say I was not impressed with the way the cards arrived. I wish they were plastic wrapped for protection, and that they arrived in an enclosed box (vs an unfolded box). This would be nice because when I opened the box, and unwrapped the cards, they went everywhere and were not easy to store. Thankfully none of my cards were damaged, but they did arrive on a rainy Seattle day!”

Hi Julia, we try to avoid plastic packaging for environmental reasons but we do offer a gift box for our notecards! Of course if items arrive damaged due to a carrier leaving them an unsuitable location we are happy to replace them! Papier Customer Service Team

“My review has nothing to do with your product itself, but rather its delivery. Had I been alerted to a possible delay (the website said I could expect the gift to arrive at my home on December 22), I would have paid for a faster option. The gift did not arrive in time for Christmas, but rather on the 26th. I then had to spend $15 more to ship the gift to my niece. The planner was one she very much wanted, so I do not doubt its quality. I am very disappointed in its delivery.”
