Ordered a recipe journal and so far I have received a blank journal, a reading journal then a "lost in the mail journal". Clearly no quality control on the products going out. This has been a real disappointment. Still no recipe journal in hand after about 6 weeks.

The paper in the planners is so thin that only pencil won’t show through to the next page

Papier are an excellent company. There was an issue with part of the order being damaged in transit. I contacted the company and Nicole got back to me within hours of my original email. She was very helpful and efficient. A replacement was organised within minutes and I received this a few days later with no issues at all. The quality of the products is excellent but the customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend the products and the company. 5 stars!

I've ordered 7 Wellness Journals from Papier and have always loved them. However, on receiving my latest order I realised that the layout has changed of the wellness journal. Gone is the practical areas for logging water and self care, and in its place are things like "Connections" "Restful Moments" "Movement, today's natural motion" what in the world!! The journaling area has been halved in favour of these ridiculous titles. I enjoy journalling, and I like down to earth, practical books, Papiers Wellness Journal has gone from being useful to just some kind of "woo woo" diary! The one I bought as a gift was for my husband, I'm embarrassed to give it to him! One loyal customer will be going elsewhere to buy.

I purchased a planner, a stamp set, and stickers. I spend $120. 1 sticker stack had lines through the pack and creased the sticker, but other than that all great items. My issue is the delivery system they have in place. They use Mail Innovations services meaning that UPS and USPS help deliver the package. That means delivery estimate is not a "day definite service", typically it has delays or a wider range for delivery. The services they use is not a problem I can wait. However, they make the customer pay the shipping for the shipping of the forced tracked order of $5.99 even if you purchase $120 worth of goods. Surely the company can afford the cost of the shipping, but nope. Anyways, if you're purchasing a gift I would recommend purchasing with ample time to get your order maybe like 2 weeks. As for me, I won't be purchasing from here again. Great product, but unfair pricing.

I ordered a planner. It was super cute! However, the covers fell off the spiral and cannot be put back on. In addition, since they are paper they start to rip. This is a great and super cute planner just not super durable.

The quality of the product is top notch and I found the customer service helpful. However I purchased the notepaper and envelops and I was very disappointed that they arrived with no box. I am giving the notes as a gift and these lovely items deserve a beautiful presentation box. I would have even been okay to pay a bit extra for that!

Love the designs of the diaries - buy them every year. Customer service is excellent with very prompt delivery. I used the chat service this morning to help resolve a query and Alicia sorted it within 5 minutes of our chat. Would absolutely recommend if you are wanting something very personal to you.

I get my planner every year from Papier, but this year I got the Evergreen one from the collaboration with The Met and it was off-center. The design was all skewed to the left, which I didn't know what to do about. I could email support, I suppose, but I think that's just how the design prints onto all the planners. It would help if the website showed an actual physical copy of the planner instead of a digitized version where the crease from the binding is not visible. I assumed they would center the design in the flat part of the cover, but they must have centered it before binding the book, because the design ends up being much closer to the indented side where the pages are bound and leaves a ton of blank space on the right side of the cover. I feel like it will annoy me a little all year every time I take out my planner. I have absolutely adored the three other planners I got from Papier and wish they would get more designs from Desmond and Dempsy.

I ordered the recipe book and within a few uses, an entire chunk of the pages fell out of the book. This was with very minimal use and Papier refused to refund me for their faulty product. The best they could do was 20% refund. Won’t be ordering from them anymore

I paid an extra £7 so that my friend's gift would be delivered 'by Friday', which was the day of his birthday event. Close to the wire, I know! Unfortunately 15 minutes into the DPD delivery slot they emailed me to say the driver missed me and I could collect the parcel from the post office. My buzzer never went (I work from home, as does my partner) and they didn't leave the parcel in my chosen safe place. I wasn't going to be able to collect it in time. Nicole was a star, she read my problem carefully and refunded me the delivery fee. A credit to Papier!

Morning All Papier Team, I have never used a service like this before to produce a book from photographs but oh wow you did an amazing job. I have received my order delivered this morning in the UK., it brought a tear to my eye, it is fab having pictures but putting them into a book, bound properly on nice paper really sets it off. I am so pleased with my order. Thanks to all of the team 🥰

After my academic planner got stuck at FedEx for over a month, I reached out Papier's customer service. Ellie responded very promptly and I could not be more appreciative of how quickly she was to resolve the situation! I said that I was frustrated at FedEx's lack of customer service and delay and wanted to see if there was any way that Papier could get information from FedEx about when my planner could be delivered, and she very kindly put in a new rush order with their printer and made sure I got my planner by the end of that same week (I'd explained I was frustrated because the semester was literally halfway through and FedEx STILL had my planner). I could not be more impressed at how quickly and decisively Ellie resolved this issue for me! This is my second Papier planner and because of this excellent interaction I think it won't be my last.
