“Great customer service - Josh was very quick to help resolve the issue. Their product's quality is great, we use them quite often. Our photo albums and greeting cards are usually bought from Papier. I highly recommend them!”

“I never write reviews but I ordered my save the dates through Papier and received them only to realize I wrote the wrong year for our date..... facepalm! I was expecting to have to pay for a full new set, but Papier kindly let me re-order free of cost. Truly shocking to have such good customer service - thank you Papier!”

“We ordered a Papier wedding guest book that got lost in mail. I reached out to Papier to see if they could rush order a new one and they personally saw to it getting expedited with the printing team and shipping team. Fingers crossed it arrives in time but I so appreciate their effort to make it happen!”

“This is the second item i've ordered from this site and sadly it didn't arrive as easily as the first. Thankfully the customer service team was amazing and sent me a replacement super fast. they were so nice and were lovely to talk to”

“5 star service from Nicole. I made a silly error on my order last night, I emailed within 10 minutes of placing my order to notify. Nicole was super helpful, cancelled my order and credited the value so I could reorder the correct size photo items. Her email was again extremely helpful talking me through step by step how to edit my previous purchase to save doing the whole order and upload again, and how to pay with the credit. Have shopped with Papier before and the quality is exceptional. Life long customer here!?”

“First of all their products are high quality and beautiful for what is to me a very reasonable price. This year I made a silly mistake and ordered a notebook instead of a 2024 planner. I realized the mistake right after I placed the order. It was so simple and easy to request help to fix my flub. The "need help"chatbot was visible and useful. That interaction was quickly followed by an email from a helpful, polite, friendly human named Laura who offered me a very workable option to solve my problem. It was the easiest most pleasant customer service interaction I can remember. I love my yearly Papier planners. This is a fine company.”
