“First of all their products are high quality and beautiful for what is to me a very reasonable price. This year I made a silly mistake and ordered a notebook instead of a 2024 planner. I realized the mistake right after I placed the order. It was so simple and easy to request help to fix my flub. The "need help"chatbot was visible and useful. That interaction was quickly followed by an email from a helpful, polite, friendly human named Laura who offered me a very workable option to solve my problem. It was the easiest most pleasant customer service interaction I can remember. I love my yearly Papier planners. This is a fine company.”

“Amazing customer service, Danielle was very fast to response on WhatsApp and really helpful, I highly recommend. Papier has beautifully designed products and such a well designed website, they really did think of everything. I absolutely love how you can personalise all the books and that it saves all your designs for you too.”

“Nicole was absolutely brilliant at sorting out a replacement when Royal Mail delivered my order to the wrong address. This was a present so I needed things sorted quickly and they were. I can’t fault customer service, thank you!”

“I noticed a spelling mistake so emailed with not much hope as I thought it’s probably too late. Danielle replied instantly and helped me with the correction without any hassle at all. So impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. Also photo book was so easy to compile on my phone as opposed to other sites I’ve used before! Can’t wait to receive my order!”

“The pens I got themselves are lovely but what makes Papier stand out is the brilliant and responsive customer service via WhatsApp. Answered questions about products before purchase. Had slight issue with ink in one pen and they sent refills without any fuss, and resent more refills after the first parcel went missing in the post. If Carlsberg did customer service....”
