“The pens I got themselves are lovely but what makes Papier stand out is the brilliant and responsive customer service via WhatsApp. Answered questions about products before purchase. Had slight issue with ink in one pen and they sent refills without any fuss, and resent more refills after the first parcel went missing in the post. If Carlsberg did customer service....”

“I've been a fan of Papier for a long time - their products are beautiful and truly great quality.
