“I made a mistake with the order and the customer accounts agent ‘Ellen’ was quick to respond and very helpful in dealing with this problem. I would recommend this company to anyone whom wants to get great quality and great service for ordering their precious photos to be printed and cherished.”

“It is a lovely item, but I won't be spending that amount of money again. The outside of the note pad is good quality and I love the design. But considering the price, I would have expected a better quality of paper inside. If you a charging £23 for a note pad, when you could buy a cheaper alternative for £1 or £2 in shops, you do expect a little bit more. But, it does look good”

“I’ve had a good experience so far. My order was delivered late but I’ve had my delivery fee refunded. The order came slightly wrong (the text on the front) but Danielle sorted it straight out for me and gave me the credit to reorder. I really appreciate her quick response and resolution to this otherwise this would’ve put me off reordering. I ordered this first one as a test run but I’ll now be ordering much more in the future. Thank you Danielle and Ellie :)”

“While the outside of the planner is gorgeous, the pages inside are extremely thin, so the printed text and any ink bleeds through onto the other calendar months/pages, making it pretty non-functional. I’m so sad about it because if the pages were thicker/high quality it would be great!”

“I’m a big fan of Papier’s yearly planners and I’ve been ordering from them the last 3 years. I love the inside page layout and all the design cover choices. However, my 2024 planner just arrived and I’ve noticed a change in the paper quality. The pages feel thinner and are a starker white compared to my past years’ planners. The pens I use regularly without issue in my current 2023 planner are bleeding through pretty significantly in my new one. If you’re a long time customer you may also be disappointed with the newly printed batch.”
