“I’m a big fan of Papier’s yearly planners and I’ve been ordering from them the last 3 years. I love the inside page layout and all the design cover choices. However, my 2024 planner just arrived and I’ve noticed a change in the paper quality. The pages feel thinner and are a starker white compared to my past years’ planners. The pens I use regularly without issue in my current 2023 planner are bleeding through pretty significantly in my new one. If you’re a long time customer you may also be disappointed with the newly printed batch.”

“I had ordered letterhead back in July and didn't receive an update on the shipping for quite a while. I reached out to customer service and spoke to Nicole, who was absolutely wonderful! She initiated a reorder and arranged for expedited shipping. I love Papier and highly recommend their products for professional and personal use.”

“I had an order that never made it to me due to issues with local post offices, so I sent them an email and they helped clear it up within the day! They even sent me a new planner free of charge with expedited shipping. This company is so sweet and was very understanding of the issue.”

“I received my package empty in my mail room. I was really upset but I emailed support and received a response very quickly by Nicole, she was really helpful and kind. She helped me a lot with my problem and quickly resolved it for me, sending me a new one that will come in a few days. Really nice worker! Papier is great can’t wait to receive my custom journal!”

“Thanks Melissa :) I received an empty, broken box today with no diary inside. I was obviously frustrated with this and Royal Mail were useless. I contacted Papier and had an extremely quick response from Melissa on the customer service team, who confirmed a replacement had already been sent out on an express service. I cannot fault this service, I am incredibly happy. They have turned a really stressful situation into a positive one with their kindness and efficiency. Will absolutely be ordering again in the future. Thank you!!”

“Such fantastic diaries! Beautiful designs and top notch quality - they can take a year of wear in the grubbiest of handbags. Steph from customer support was so lovely and helpful when I let them know I had my most recent diary stolen, I really appreciate all she did to help. I've bought personalised diaries for my family members for Christmas this year and I know they're going to love them!”

“The journals are beautiful and all the customizations came out great. Both the cover board and the paper inside are high quality and the academic journals are thoughtfully designed. There are so many sections for you to express all aspects of your schedule through the year”
