It looks super cute and I love the personalization, as well as the contents of the academic planner. I absolutely loved it UNTIL IT BROKE the second week of having it. I got the spiral academic planner and carried it in my backpack. I tried to be careful with it, but the back cover came off within a few days. If I could go back, I would get the hardback. In a perfect world, the spiral rings would be CLOSED so that the pages cannot fall out.

I have bought an academic diary 2 years in a row now, this year will be my third and I love them. The diaries are absolutely gorgeous and I can't see myself going without the diaries from here in the future. The reason I have given only four stars however, is because I would have loved to purchase one of the new spiral diaries however I personally feel as though there is not enough of a range in designs in this particular book type. Also, I love the layout and overall design of the daily planners available and very nearly bought one, until I realised that there is only 16 weeks worth of pages and I would need to purchase 4 diaries in 1 year to ensure I could track my days which would turn out to be pretty costly, so I would also love to see the daily planner with a few more weeks of pages in it and would definitely buy it if this was the case.

I'm really disappointed in the quality of card I bought. It was a personalised card for my Husband's birthday and I uploaded high res photos from our wedding but the print quality when I received the card is so poor. It looks like it has been printed on an at home printer. Overall it looks like a cheap handmade card and I paid £5 total cost for it. I wouldn't purchase from here again.

BRIDES! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR YOUR WEDDING WITH PAPIER. They lost my package not once but twice and they refuse to make it right or even refund me. What is absolutely hilarious is that I got my sample VERY quickly, both samples actually I got super fast. But once I actually spent money, they lost my package twice. Save yourselves the headache and use Minted or Zazzle or literally anywhere else.

Papier’s customer service is AMAZING. Last year my planner came and I noticed a small issue with the printing that was not even noticeable when I sent them a picture. They got back to me immediately and let me order a brand new planner with no fee and I didn’t even have to send them anything back. This year, my planner was unfortunately stolen in the mail room of my apartment and the empty package was left for me. I got in touch with Papier and within an hour they had reordered my planner for me with expedited shipping. I am very pleased with their service. I’ve ordered a planner every year since 2021 and have gifted them too, and I will continue to do so in the coming years :)

I bought a spiral softcover academic planner because I liked the pages. I immediately noticed how cheaply it was made. Also, the color did not look the same as it did online. After a couple days of use, the corners have already gotten torn up in my bookbag. I could buy a planner from Target for half the price and 10x better quality. Papier only offered me 15% back on my card. I would not buy another planner from this company.

The album feels very cheap, blank pages left at the back. Presume I have paid for empty pages. Overall quality is not the best.

The only pages that will be mandatory blank in our photo book products is the 'Inside Left' and 'Inside Right' pages. There's no additional charges for these pages and they do not count toward your maximum page allowance. I am so disappointed, as I edited the well being journal for my daughters birthday and it still came with the Shilpa Deepak name above the name I out, even though I edited and it looks stupid and feel need to order again but at £33 once you pay postage... really really unhappy this time

I love Papier Bullet journals. Unfortunately, I see the quality of the journals are not as they used to be. First of all, the paper itself is more yellowish. Secondly, the spread of pages is not flat. I hate to press one side down to right something at the end of the line. I also wish Papier kept the old logo that was in style of the journal. I was trying to attach picture comparing the old journal and the new one I just received but it was not successful.

Unfortunately, our hardcover books are sewn and then glued onto the cover page at the spine, so they open freely, however, these are not lay flat books by design, apologies for any confusion caused by this. There may be some slight difference in paper colour in each paper batch we receive and use. I absolutely love my academic planner that I recieved! I wish there were more pages for the assignment deadlines, but other than that it is perfect! I added out some handwritten tabs on the side and I absolutely adore this planner. The shipping was quicker than I expected ( I live in the US).

Customer service was amazing by Ellen and Laura. I had received part of my order as well as another customers. I contacted Ellen and she apologised and got my notebook reordered straight away with fast track shipping. I then spoke to Laura who offered me compensation for the trouble I had. This was appreciated and no necessary. Thank you so much ladies. The quality of your products are brilliant. Can’t wait to use my notebooks and journal! Will definitely be placing another order soon!!

Unreliable discount codes - % discount code on sign up did not work. Contacted customer service through chatbot but they were busy. The chatbot states that I will be contacted by staff at a later time, but I was not contacted. I ended up purchasing their products after a few days of waiting because the product looks good. However, all in all, very disappointed as the website is clunky - poor user experience. I would have been encouraged to buy more had the experience been great. Also referred a friend using the refer a friend voucher but they could not use this - directed to a page which says “delay in processing” discount.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear the discount code did not work for you. Usually we ask the following if a code isn't working: 1. There are no spaces before, after, or within the code 2. Your code is a legitimate code 3. You are only applying one voucher code 4. The offer is specific to a particular item 5. You have met the minimum basket spend for your code (this excludes delivery) In regards to our refer a friend scheme, the third party site we use to generate codes will delay a reward if you self-refer or are referring someone with the same name or at the same IP address. If you refer your work email address from a personal one or use email addresses with married and maiden names this will be automatically blocked and the pop up will not appear - apologies that I cannot help more with this! Amazing Customer Service Papier has the best planners! I can become unorganized very quickly and somehow Papier's planners are always able to keep me on track. As a Taurus these planners have given me the most success in staying organized everyday! Also would like to add how I bought my second planner from them and was very sad that it came to me damaged and a wonderful employee named 'Steph' from Papier Support made sure to give me the best customer service experience and send me a brand new one. I will be purchasing more items from this brand just on the customer service alone!

I paid extra to have a large order of paper and cards delivered as a birthday present. The order was due to be delivered yesterday, it has still not been delivered. I can't get to speak to anyone at Papier support or at the delivery company. Tracking the order has produced nothing and again I can't speak to any support. So disappointing.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I loved that you printed a sample that I could hold in my hand before ordering - we used the Wildflower invitation for my son's rehearsal dinner and chose the heavier paper. I received so many compliments on the invitation! It was so beautiful and perfect for a rustic-elegant "barn" venue!

Exceptional Customer Service. Our wedding sign suffered a couple of bashes during transit and had some dents on arrival. After just 4 minutes of emailing the company (a new world record in customer services) we had been offered a price reduction or replacement! Specific thank you to Laura for proactively helping us with this so late on a Friday afternoon, and sorting us out with a replacement with high urgency. We love the design and are happy with the quality, this was just an unfortunate incident out of company control. It wouldn’t stop us shopping again, thanks to the help we received.
