Nicole in customer service helped me with a refund due to delivery issues (on my end not theirs). She was so responsive, kind, and helpful I went ahead and ordered again with different shipping because of her. So wonderful!

I've been using their planners for two years now and they are outstanding! I used the academic diary for my second year at university and it had so many useful pages in it, not to mention the durable and quality nature of the book itself. I'm going for a traditional mid year diary this year as I'm on a placement year and I can't wait - the foiled designs are stunning! Speaking of, the lovely people at papier were nice enough to give me a discount when the foil machine broke and they couldn't fulfill my initial order. I explained that I couldn't use it because of my existibg student discount a d they were nice enough to add the discount credit straight to my account! Big shout out to Danielle at customer service for doing this for me! It may not seem like a big deal, but for a student every little helps :)

My package was delivered as it was raining outside, and by the time I got home from work and opened it up, the planner I ordered got wet. I reached out to Papier to see if I could receive a replacement, and they were so helpful. They immediately sent me a new planner, and were so helpful and understanding!

Danielle who works at Papier has set the standard for customer service! She was attentive, extremely responsive and always responded right away. She is fantastic, if I ever encounter any issues with my orders I really would like to somehow work with her again! Thank you so much!

I have placed several orders of items for my upcoming wedding. Our invitations were beautiful and it was easy to add on all the matching extras such as information cards and RSVP cards. Alongside this, everything was incredibly reasonably priced. I then began creating our Order of Service and had some difficulty fitting things as I wanted them. I used the live chat to speak to someone who immediately responded, listened to exactly what I was saying and came up with a perfect solution for me, they couldn't have been more helpful! When it came to ordering the Order of Service booklets, I ordered and then realised an hour later that I had missed something off. I sent a WhatsApp message at 10 o clock at night expecting a response within a few working days but got an immediate response and resolution. As they had not yet gone to print, my order was cancelled and the full amount immediately refunded as credit on my account. I thought this was fantastic customer service. Following this, once I had ordered and received them correctly I was slightly unhappy with the print as it was not very easy to read. I thought this may be just due to the colour/font/size I had chosen so accepted that I would need to remake them and order more but first decider to email for advice. I received a next day response advising me that infact the print wasn't up to standard so they would be refunding the full amount as credit to my account once again, as well as advising that choosing a darker colour would also improve the look. I have been so please with the speed and quality of the customer service I have received, as well as the products and speed of their delivery. Will be highly recommending to others and definitely using Papier again.

I am so impressed with the customer service I received from Papier! I had just made a purchase for a weekday planner and I noticed there was an error in the customization after I had submitted the order. I immediately emailed customer service and got a response very quickly. They were so kind and helpful. I received emails that included thorough directions and my issue was able to be resolved within less than 24 hours. I can really tell that Papier wants their customers to be taken care of and happy with their purchases. I am excited to continue buying what I need from Papier!

I didn't know there was still a company out there that believed in doing whatever it takes to please a customer. I spoke with Ellie through email and she always replied promptly. Papier will now be my GO TO for everything I need. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!

I'm really bummed to find out that Papier only carries undated planners now! I used to get my planner here each year and really liked the 12-month planners that were offered, now I'll likely be headed somewhere else :(

The product is lovely and exactly what I wanted. The notecards arrived on time. However, I planned to give this as a gift and the packaging of the item prevents me from doing so. I'd like a box to store the beautiful notecards and envelopes. I am giving this to a pre-teen and I fear it will be impossible to keep the notecards in any semblance of order in the manner in which they were shipped and packaged. If this is a money saving (or earth saving) on the part of the company, perhaps ask if I want to the pay extra for a box or carbon offset.

Ellen at customer service was so kind, attentive and helpful. She made my slightly stressful situation so easy and anticipated my needs to the point where everything was solved in one email. Give her a pay rise! Or at least a coffee

I’ve received the wrong item 3 times now. After the first time they apologized and said they would send me the correct product. It was wrong again and I emailed costumer service and asked for a refund. They ignored my request for a refund and asked to send me the correct item again. I thought, okay maybe 3rd times the charm so gave them another chance. Wrong item for the 3rd time. Emailed them AGAIN and asked for a refund. So disappointed with their customer service. They won’t give me a refund, and are “launching an investigation with their printers”. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this company or any of their products. They had many chances to make it right and they haven’t. Beyond frustrated.

I had an issue with my order not arriving (got lost in the mail), and I contacted Papier customer services and was really impressed at how quickly I got a reply and promptly and efficiently they resolved my query without any hesitation. Papier products are of a superior quality and their customer service is also excellent! Thank you!
