“Everything arrived promptly but the picture quality is awful. I had 10% off and it still cost almost £4.50 for 1 birthday card. I’m probably going to end up reordering using Moonpig to be honest as the picture quality is just so poor - really disappointed: lovely designs but poorly executed.”

“Sadly I was very disappointed with my order. This was to be a wedding gift and unfortunately the photo quality is not what I expected. The photographs are dull in comparison to the original images, and look slightly grainy, it does not look like a high quality photograph book. On a positive note, I had made a spelling mistake on ordering, and the team were very friendly and quick to rectify my mistake which I am very thankful for. However, I'm overall upset and would not use this company again due to printed picture quality.”

“I ordered a gift from papier. There was an issue with the shipment (not papier's fault). I emailed them and got a quick response from Ellen in customer support. Within a couple emails Ellen diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement and expedited shipment. Seamless, perfect service. Thank you Ellen!!”

“Papier customer service is amazing. I formatted my guest spreadsheet wrong for the printed envelopes and when I reached out, Danielle walked me through every step of how the spreadsheet should be formatted. It was an easy fix and stress relief off of my shoulders! Danielle responded to me quickly and answered all of my questions. She was so kind and I look forward to using Papier for my wedding invitations in the future!”

“Given my job, I have tried and tested many (many!!) notebooks over the years and Papier’s products are truly unmatched in the market in terms of quality. My organisation and productivity has skyrocketed and the stunning designs with customisable features provide great motivation. I was dubious about spending over £20 on on a diary or notebook, but given all I have achieved since routinely using my (now 3!) Papier notebooks, I’ll not buy anywhere else 😊”

“Fantastic company with superb customer service. Danielle was so helpful. Unfortunately, my order was damaged in the post but Papier were extremely helpful and arranged for a new diary to be sent quickly. The quality of the product is superb and I can’t wait to start using my new diary. I will definitely be ordering from Papier again.”

“Returns & Refunds. I saw on the website prior to ordering that I would be able to return a personalized item (even though it is more difficult). When I received my item and was not satisfied and attempted to return it, I was told I could not. I also received an email explaining that my order would not arrive on time after getting confirmation/tracking information of the expected date of delivery. Not a great experience.”

“I have been ordering from Papier for a few years, the products are absolute top quality. I recently had a notebook with a fault on the front (these things happen!) however Ellen in customer service sorted it straight away. Always blown away with the customer service from Papier - great company!!”

“I looooooove their products! they never disappoint! their customer service is amazing and their variety is stunning! you can personalise to give yourself reminders or just have a cute thing that has your name! The paper quality is also very good and overall quality is amazing!”

“Was excitedly anticipating the arrival of my planner. Unfortunately what got delivered was a label and a form letter from the USPS saying that the package was damaged and missing and I could file a claim. Ugh! I filed the claim. Didn't know if Papier would help me out given that the post office lost my planner. Worth a try, I thought. The experience couldn't have been better! The customer rep, Melissa was friendly, empathetic and helped me get an expedited replacement. Just such a pleasant and satisfactory recovery all the way around. I'm a huge fan of the product, but the customer service is definitely the cherry on top. Thank you!”

“I really want to say I am very impressed with not just the products ( I’ve been enjoying their fancy pencil) for the last few weeks. But also their customer service. After realizing my package was lost, I contacted them without any hope but they were very prompt and helpful and facilitated a new order for me. Both Melissa and Ellie have been excellent at assisting resolve my issue”
